Alilass Hotel

A hidden gem. Quiet, beautiful garden, incredible staff, great breakfast great room and super comfortable beds and the best location

All good

But no lift ? poor the staff need to carry my heavy beg, but they are very helpful

Great position and breakfast was good

- Rooms were small- Rooms were not well isolated. You hear other guests and it can get noisy

Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms

Only thing is that there’s no elevator

Everything was great! Alilass Hotel is a great option to select. Staff is amazing, as usual, being very attentive and supportive. Location is very practical as well, opening opportunity to reach any interesting point very quickly. Hotel is clean and adorable. I only recommend to inspect and fix the issues with water leakages in bathrooms, as in several minutes, water leaving the cabin and flood the toilet area. So, sometimes surface is wet and unpleasant. However, general customer experience is great indeed.

The Location is Superb- Every thing is few minutes distanceTo stuff was very helpful and friendlyThe price for the locations is very goodThe rooms and the hotel are new and stylish in a good manner

The size of the room could be bigger for more comfortWe were on the first floor and could hear the noise of the street- we recommend to improve sound isolation at least on the street side of the first floor.in our room the shower "room" was leaking to the bed room and many items were wet

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely family-owned hotel, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the hotel, as every detail felt thoughtful and inviting. The atmosphere was peaceful, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights was the delicious homemade breakfast—fresh, flavorful, and made with love! It was such a refreshing change from the generic hotel buffets. If you’re looking for a place that offers genuine hospitality, comfort, and a personal touch, this hotel is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

The room requires more mirrors.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alilass. The hotel was extremely neat and clean. Staff were very friendly and always available to help.Thr breakfast was too good!

It can be noisy at times in the streets because there are lots of restaurants and cafe around.

Really friendly and helpful staff!! Great location, only 7 minutes walks to Blue Mosque!

The staff is great, hotel super clean and in a great location. I would stay here again and recommend.

The bed was a bit hard but definitely worth the price.

Excellent location close to all the main attractions in Sultanahmet. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast.

Location was perfect 4 mins walk to blue mosque and ayah Sofia. 6 mins walk to tram station. Walking distance to grand bazaar. Very comfortable beds clean rooms and bathrooms. Staff all very friendly. Couldn't do enough. Gave lots of advice on areas to visit. Breakfast was small but lovely was much better than we had expected. Would definitely book this hotel again for its location and friendliness of staff. Rooms were cleaned everyday.

The staff, location, room,, and breakfast were all fabulous.

Not having an elevator could be a problem. But staff will carry bags, so it's not an issue really.

The staff…so friendly. The breakfast very good too. Loved that the room had little balcony .

It’s a very touristy area….not the hotels fault….it is close to main square etc…..loved hotel but maybe next time I would stay in different area.

Place was great and walking distance to everything you want to see. Staff were helpful.

One minor issue was a bit of a smell from the shower drain one night.

The staff and accommodation were excellent ..they were so welcoming and helped with getting around Istanbul

Very well located, very convenient to visit Istambul.Very clean.

Breakfast was ok, but not too many options.Room was ok but a bit small.
