Delta Hotel Istanbul & Old City

Location

Very old . Using the same name of Delta hotels . That was my s normally followed by Delta Hotels by Marriott . Initially , we felt scammed but it turned out to be not too bad.

The location is outstanding, right in the heart of everything I needed, shopping, great food, cafés, and all key amenities just steps away. Special thanks to Mr. Waleed at reception, who was incredibly supportive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay.

Mr. Orhan was incredibly kind to me. Upgraded me to a bigger space for free. Made me feel comfortable ?

The rooms was very very small, the bath was small and not clean

Very good location, near metro, restaurants, main street. Nice hotel, good breakfast. Good communication with the staff.

Window in my room needs to be changed, because even closed the noise from outside can be heard. The kettle in my room could not be turned off so it has to be changed too.

The reception staff were super friendly ( all of them ) no exceptions, super helpful also and kind . Breakfast was basic but still good fresh ingredients what the body usually needs no extras . The iron is available by request. And once again reception staff is amazing

Dirty room , the house keeper doesn’t house keep nor clean ! All she does is take the trash out and give us a bottle of water ( we stayed in the suite ) . The carpet was extra mega dirty , when my toddler walks on it bare feet for only 5 mn her feet becomes black from dirt which is disgustingly disgusting! She doesn’t even take the kitchenware, cups from 3 days that we order through room service still here , breakfast that I had in my room , plates still here after two days . . Hair in the shower she didn’t clean it till day three . Yellowish toilet . The room was dirty period . Other than that I enjoyed my stay however housekeeping must work or go .

I had a wonderful experience at Delta Hotel Istanbul. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the incredible service at the reception.Mr. Manapez Orhan and Mr. Nurten were especially helpful, professional, and kind. They went out of their way to assist me with every request.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I sincerely thank Mr. Orhan and Mr. Nurten for their outstanding hospitality!

They have perfect team workers , the hotel is clean and breakfast is good I recommend it so much

Her şey çox gözəl idi.Otel çox temiz idi,her gün temizlenilirdi.Suyu her gun təzəliyirdilər.Orxan bey(Fenerbahceli ?) bizim her sheyimizle yaxindan maraqlanirdi ve her şeydə(yol,çatışmayan əşyalar) köməklik edirdi.Velit bey(xüsusilə galatasaraylı)çamadamların daşımmasında,taksiyə tramvaya minməkdə kömək edirdi.çox mehriban kollektivdi,getmiyenizi tövsiyyə edirəm.

Otaqlar biraz kiçikdi,amma rahatdı.

The cleaning ladies entered the room even though we had set the do not disturb feature, the elevator was broken, and the lighting in the rooms was very dim.

The location is good. The staff are amazing. We had a special request about changing our room and the owner was really nice and helped us. He upgraded our room without any cost. i recommend this hotel to everyone.

I did no like any thing in the hotel because they did not give me my room and all what happen is recorded in the call with you and i did noy get the refund of my last day wich i did not pass it at this bad hotel.after 3 month of reservation and when i came from 10 hours of fly they tel me the hotel is full

Pleasant

The apartment didn't have enough cutlery for the number of people staying in the apartment and didn't have pans. The staff was nice, but didn't speak English. We had to use Google translator to communicate

All staff good except abbas Bad Service. When I arrived on the first day, I was his guest. I asked him if I could have breakfast or tea. He refused and told me that I had not paid for this day, even though I had reserved for two people on this day, but the second person did not come. I paid for two people, and I was one person. His reception was very bad. Breakfast is the same every day. It looks like a hostel. Many groups are coming in the night to much noise and scream in the night, and 1am all groups visited each other too much noise some people smoke in the room
