Close to blue Old Bazar and blue Misque

The bathroom was very smelly, I believe the constant (24 hrs) smell may be coming from sewerage.

This is the fourth time I have chosen this hotel for my stay in this amazing city. Whether I have stayed here solo or with family, the fourth time speaks for itself :))

The breakfast was good but a little bit boring

The place was just like it was shown in the pictures. Comfy beds. We had the deluxe quadruple room. It has had 2 rooms, one with queen bed and the other room had 2 twin beds. The staff was very friendly and nice. It's location is very central. Our hotel was about 17 min walk from the Blue Mosque. This hotel is close to the tram, buses and subway. Lots of food options around.

Amazing Stay at Istanbul Town Hotel!I had a wonderful experience at Istanbul Town Hotel. The location is perfect – very close to all the main attractions and public transport. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

The location is close to tram station. The breakfast is good.

The room assigned to us is different and so much smaller than the size indicated / photo online.

Everything was very good. Good value for money. Location is perfect. Near metro and metrobus. It is not ulta luxury hotel but very neat, very For the price, 10 stars. The staff is pleasant and cheerful.

Don’t believe that they have near by public parking, it is around 20 minutes walking and climbing, the rooms can’t fit i bag and 2 persons, no cabinets no water in the room , no stuff in the bathroom, the staff are very rude and shouting to us , you have to justify every time you enter the hotel and you go out and explain who you are, i am going to turkey every 3 months more than 40 times i have been there , this is the worst experience ever had

The hotel is located in the center of Istanbul and is very close to the shopping center and the Grand Bazaar, as well as close to Hagia Sophia and Sultan Ahmed. The hotel is surrounded by a group of luxurious restaurants. The hotel is also located directly opposite public transportation, so you can move from one place to another easily. I cannot miss mentioning the management, represented by Mr. Ercan, for his warm reception and welcome.

it was just close to the location where we do the treatment

The reception staff was not interested in helping us with a room even though we informed them that we were with a sick man under treatment. We had to wait 4 hours in the hotel lobby

Location was good

Most of the staff at reception are helpful except for one. He’s the oldest one of all of them, does day shift. When I politely tried to tell him my booking had 2 beds he kept talking over me and didn’t let me finish talking. Very rude, needs to learn manners to talk to customers.

Everything It was false advertising on booking.com please be careful they not helpful hotel is less than a 1 star hoping to receive a full refund as we did not use the hotel at al they are thieves if they do not refund us for the 4 rooms we booked and did not stay in at alll

The location was good, very central in Istanbul with close access to all the main attractions in Fatih. The room was also very affordable.

The breakfast was not very good. The baked products were very dry, and the selection of spreads was lacking. We were also situated right next to a mosque that started very loud prayer calls at 5 in the morning.

Totally breakfast was simple and located in -1 floor .We cannot tell that liked it at all, cuz everyday was same .Only I can mention there cigara borek and sausage

Hotel is old.And location is not comfortable,unsafety area in the center of Laleli bazaar.Hard to get there by taxi and you have to walk to hotel.Rooms are dirty ,linens are old and we couldn't sleep cuz it itched.First day receptionist tried to move us to another hotel near there and pretended it as it is same hotel.Totally Im disappointed because in website they put old photos

Price per night is very reasonable for what you are getting. Location is very good, close to major tourist attractions. Metro station is one minute walk. Market area is around the hotel.Money exchange and restaurants are very very close to the hotel

WiFi connection is very bad. It keeps disconnected. Avoid this hotel if WiFi is very important to you. One elevator in the building!Breakfast buffet quality and variety is lower than other similar local Turkish hotels.

This is our third time staying at this hotel. We really like it here: good location, friendly and helpful staff, clean room, good housekeeping. Special thanks to those guys at the reception who granted our request to put us in the room we wanted, in which we stayed two previous times. Thank you so much!!! You are best!!!We will stay at this hotel again.

Still poor WiFi in the hotel. Hotel owner, please solve this problem. Other than that, everything about the hotel is excellent and there are no complaints.
