Vale Staff is very unprofessional and disrespectful towards their guests and one of the receptionist was extremely rude. I have never experienced this unprofessionalism in Hilton before. We will never stay at this location again.

Breakfast was great , really amazing , lot¿s of options well presented and good quality Turkish / international food buffet. Restaurant staff was awesome, very kind and professional.

Front desk staff was not well trained , poor English speaking and rude. Room was not clean, smells and nothing to do with the pictures I saw on the reservation.

I loved the location of the rooms facing the lifts as well as the floor decor.

There were 2 beds in my room,both of them set apart and too short and narrow making sleep uncomfortable due to likelihood of falling off the bed for a person my height.

I liked the rooms which were as the pictures described. The fact that it’s a short walk over the bridge to the mall was convenient. Great spa , sauna and steam room.

During my stay as a lone female traveler, I felt that my personal boundaries were repeatedly overstepped in ways that were inappropriate and uncomfortable.For example, a waiter asked intrusive questions about my personal life, including boyfriends, which was entirely unprofessional. On another occasion, bar staff served me a coffee presented in a deliberately phallic shape and then laughed among themselves. I found this behavior immature, disrespectful, and offensive. Additionally, there was unpleasant gossiping from younger female staff at the front desk, which further contributed to an unwelcoming atmosphere. I find it hard to believe that a male business traveler would have been treated in the same manner.Service standards also fell well below what is expected of a five-star hotel. Room service food was of poor quality and arrived cold on two occasions. Basic details were consistently overlooked, such as coffee being delivered without spoons and ice buckets brought to the room without tongs. While these may seem minor individually, together they indicate a lack of attention to detail and professionalism that should not occur at this level of hospitality.Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet the standards or conduct I would expect from a hotel of this reputation.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was nice. Apart from the receptionist, the rest of the staff were pleasant.

The reception was not kind or welcoming at all when we arrived. We asked if it would be possible to have two rooms on the same floor for our children, but he kept responding with negative statements, such as “no guarantee” and “you have to wait until 2 pm.” There was no sense of kindness or willingness to help.

The room was clean and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a great view from the window. The location was good—near cafes and public transportation. As for the breakfast, it was delicious and varied, offering both local and international options, with fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and great coffee.

Not good location, bad service, excellent & polite concierge & a very kind cafe young lady, worst receptionists in the world, careless & they have no clue on how the system of their hotel is working, tasteless food. My baby kept having asthma attacks during our stay for 4 days because of the terrible heat (it felt like a sauna room), & staff were lying to us, they kept telling me to wait for the AC to work, sent me a technician several times teaching me how put the Ac on auto or fan & wait for the temperature to be lower, they even made me change my room, instead of telling me that i have no control on the AC & that the cooling system is not working,that’s so unprofessional,I tried to open the window but it was very small & it was noisy in the street.

The only positive thing about the hotel is that it’s close to the metro. However, being located on a major road means it’s also very noisy.

Terrible experience – absolutely not recommended!I had a truly awful stay at this hotel. In my room, there was a cardboard box containing hygiene products. When I opened it, I found a partially opened package with a used cotton makeup pad that had lipstick stains on it (!). It was absolutely disgusting.Clearly, they had not replaced the hygiene products after the previous guest. The overall cleanliness of the room was poor, and it hadn’t been ventilated at all before my arrival.When I mentioned this at checkout, the receptionist happened to pass the issue on to the housekeeping manager – not to apologize or take responsibility, but to tell me that this kind of issue happens from time to time (!!) and is “normal” (!!!).According to her, the hygiene products are supposedly replaced after each guest, but the supplier sometimes delivers them in this already used condition – including lipstick-stained items (????). Completely unbelievable.I strongly advise against staying here – finger weg!

Nothing I liked about this hotel.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely disappointing and one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The location is inconvenient, with no straightforward way to access the hotel. On top of that, the hotel charges for everything, even for an extra water bottle. Despite knowing we were staying with a child, they only provided two water bottles per day and refused to offer more with an additional charge. They even refused to send the food cutlery in the room. Service was very delayed. Almost take 2 hours to send anything in the room.To make matters worse, they didn’t allow us to order baby food from outside and had no options for a baby-friendly menu. The overall experience was unpleasant, poor service, unhelpful staff, and nothing great to mention. I would rate this hotel 0 stars and would never recommend it to anyone

Location and Breakfast

At first day there was misunderstanding with reception because of problem issue bed sheet. But after asking several times they solved it . Also this type of hotel using so cheap slippers .

The hotel is located in the heart of Istanbul's Asian side, close to several tourist attractions. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and very diverse. The view was beautiful. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to a small shopping mall and offers easy access.

The room was relatively small, and the lighting was slightly dim. The parking spaces were tight, requiring very careful driving to avoid damaging your car. My stay coincided with the New Year’s celebration, which caused significant crowding, and I spent nearly an hour searching for a parking spot, that may reflect parking management failure. The entrance from the parking area to the elevator needs cleaning and renovation, as it is old and dirty.

Breakfast and location was awesome.

The executive rooms was not clean at all. I requested a second room and that room was dirty as well. I had to put soap on a hand towel and clean sink , toilet , because they told me that they didn’t have what I paid for until the next day.

Staff was very friendly and helpful especially Mr. Sener Sen was very helpful during my check-in and given information about facility, room and location is good for my personal visit of my clints.

Breakfast was the only good thing

On the first night,I saw a cockroach in the room.If your room is on the side of the highway,it will be very noisy in the room,as traffic never stops. It can also be that you will be hearing loud music because of the parties that hotel organises and they are very arrogant about it and do not communicate it at all.In this case Hilton is just a name,you are not getting the service for the money they are requesting.
