Good

Too many children running around outside there rooms at night people in stairs Wells all night long as well no consideration for guests who need to rise early in the morning as didn't get much sleep here so I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here in my opinion

The rooms were clean and spacious.

There was no bar/lounge area to relax in of an evening, only a restaurant. The stairwells were littered with furniture and mattresses.

Everything thing good staff , location of hotel near Turkish restaurant service good food and also quite neighborhood with a good transportation facilities from bus and even taxi cause it's not far from historical area

Kind and welcoming personell at the reception. A room was spacious and comfortable.Good hotel, slightly worn for its price.

Restaurant at the hotel.Waiting for a lunch order was one hour and a half for a single dish.Next day breakfast wasn’t ready in time.Taste of food was lost due to time shortage, caused by untimely service.

The staff! The staff was so helpful and a special shoutout to Ahmet!

The smell in the room and the furniture.

I enjoyed the daily breakfast- great selection and beautiful view. Internet was fast. We requested that the hotel make special arrangements for our wedding anniversary and they made some romantic decor at no extra cost- I really appreciated that. Staff were helpful and attentive.

The thermostat was unchangeable, so the room was either freezing or too warm. We also had to change rooms because of a bad smell which made the room unliveable- however the staff accommodated this. We also found that we needed 20min+ taxis every day to/from main tourist attractions and city centre.

Very good location! Clean hotel with nice and friendly staff.

Breakfast was excellent Buffet at the top floor with city view and relaxing. Starting the day with delicious breakfast withTea/Coffee makes our stay more comfortable and relaxing.

Lift service require little modification and maintanence.

Great staff, rich breakfast, good location but the rooms in the hotel with old furniture and colors are unpleasant to the eye

the staff was very nice & cooperative , especially at reception , they were helpful & cooperative especially Sanaaa. Also the area neighboring the hotel was very nice , nice restaurants, shops & good malls . Also there were nice parks near the hotel.

Only very small & dirty room for Gym ??? , we can say no Gym at all . The location of hotel very close to noisy street & the windows not prevent street noises , I couldn't sleep comfortable at all . Also no swimming pool. Although the breakfast was simple, but it was nice & ENOUGH. The rooms were small & not so comfortable.

Nice, clean room, comfy beds. Breakfast on the highest level, with city view, very reach, a lot of options. Staff just perfect. There was a problem with parking, as it was crowded and there was no free spot, but theu just took care of it.

The room and toilet are specious

Internet connection

Very Nice customer service. Staff was extremely helpful and well mannered. Room cleanliness was good, they change the linen and towel every day. Breakfast was Okay for our taste. There are so many eating places in surrounding area.

Was away from main attractions but it was helpful to visit other areas other then main tourist areas. If know the transportation system then may be good place to live. For breakfast they should add more options like egg omelet, egg scramble, bread. They should also add regular tea bags so that guests have more option as per their taste.

Really good value for the money paid. Good breakfast. The staff was really helpful. Big clean rooms, comfortable beds.

The staff were nice and professional, they carried our luggage to our room. The room was spacious, clean with all amenities, there was a good air conditioning and the bed were very comfortable and the environment felt lovely and cosy. The breakfast food was good and restaurant staff were very nice and attentive. Booked return pick up and drop of from airport and they were very courteous and kind. The entrance to hotel is very nice and the reception and hotel decor were tasteful. The cleaner always did an excellent service and left our room always clean and smelling nice.

Only issue was the WiFi that wasn't very liable as sometimes it wasn't working properly and others was very slow. The distance from this area to town centre and main attractions is a bit far, but we were aware of it when we booked, but even so, there's good transport around the Bayrampasa area so it's easily accessible, and reception are helpful to book taxi services, so this is not a negative issue. There's a bit of noise from outside sometimes, I guess was call for prayers but again nothing that cannot be sorted out.

Room was clean on daily basis and no issues with AC at all.Aso, toilet was clean and good

Location is a bit far from city center although there is a bus and metro stationAlso, furniture is a bit old with poor lighting

The room has been clean .The breakfast is very good.

The sound from outside.

the two bottles water every day and near bus station

air condition the first two day and the forth floor noise because the restaurant

Location and free car park

Slow response to faulty bathroom light. Maintenance could be better.
