Very clean, helpful staff, and a nice view.

It is a little bit on the far side from most attractions. Close to Taksim square though.

First of all, Samat and his father were great! They are very friendly and nice people Samat is so gentleman The triple room was perfect for 3days, everything was working well, however just something, there is a mosque just near the hotel, so you may wake up at morning.Other than this everything was great and I recommend it!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Me and my family are fit so did not mind the once a day walking up hill to the main road. Anyways loads of taxis. It is central located close to bus and metro. 10 minutes walk to Taxim square. Many restaurants with carrefour down the road. It has AC and great shower.

The room was quite spacious, there were all things necessary available. We had accesss to the terrace, the table there was oldish, but it was still nice to drink tea and beers there in the evenings. Wifi was working well. When we closed the window it was enough to keep the street noise out. The apartements' staff was polite and helpful. The rooms are cleaned regularly.

Practically everything in the apartments met our expectations. One has to bear in mind, though, that to get to the metro at the Taksim square one has to go up the hill, this is of course, not the apartment's fault, but I think it might be an important bit of information. Also, as stated on the apartements booking page, floor 4 does not have access to the elevator, but you can use it to get to floor 3, so it is ok.

The location was close to the CBD, maximum 10 minute walk. The staff was very friendly and the accommodation was great value for location & amenities (stove top, fridge, ect). There is a supermarket around the corner, so you can easily save money on food. I’m a solo young female traveler and a felt safe staying there.

You really can’t complain for the value, However the area is a bit “downtown” there are some interesting beggars and a lot of trash in the area, but that isn’t the hotels fault- just the neighbourhood.

The value for money is unbeatable, especially considering how expensive Istanbul has become.The location is very handy. Although as other reviewers have mentioned it’s in a neighbourhood with considerably steep hills (not an issue for us), and first impressions can be a bit “back alley” but we soon realised that the area is very safe.The room was very clean and there was a daily “tidy up”.The double bed was big and comfortable.The staff were very friendly and helpful (despite us not having a language in common).

The lack of hot (or even warm) water for the shower. The washbasin hot tap worked perfectly but unfortunately there seems to be an issue with this same hot water piping through to the shower.Of minor importance but worth mentioning:The nearest mosque is close by and therefore you definitely notice the call to morning prayer.

The attention to detail for the property is great, from the get go you'll notice staff is putting in effort to make your stay worthwhile. Extra kudos to Mustafa from reception for putting in hard yards and making sure our stay is as comfortable as possible.

The walk up the hill is just for a few hundred meters but quite steep and exhausting.

Hello!we are a family with a child stay at this hotel for 6 days...Evsrything was fine,good location,very friendly stuff.All necessary kitchen equipment for cooking,clean bed sheets and towels(which were changed every day)Location is good,not far from Taksim square,there are few shops and small cafes close to.Highly recommended!!!

Mustafa was a helpull guy.It is near to Taksim.

- Very steep slope of the street- Loud noise in the alley- Dirty and crowded neighborhood- A lot of noise at the hotel entrance and from guests- Reception staff not being proficient in English

Nice quiet location, but just a short walk to Taksim and İstiklal Avenue. Spacious room with small balcony, although not a great view was still nice to have. Kitchenette was fine and we used the hot plate, kettle and fridge. Shower very good, lots of hot water. Comfortable bed. The staff are great! Mustafa was especially helpful and kind. He checked us in when we arrived at 1.30am. He also helped by printing some travel documents for us. All in all, a good stay.

Only one thing would be for the room to have a toaster and microwave

It was a nice place with sufficient room size. The staff was friendly, and put on effort to communicate and with the help The location near Taksim is quite strategic since it's near to many public transport access.

The location is below a slope from Taksim Square. When heading there, it's quite nice, but when heading out, you'll need to climb the slope. Not too big of a problem if you travel light, but if you carry a lot of suitcases, you might want to consider taking a taxi when leaving.

The place is clean , rooms are big with all the utensils you might need during your stay . The owner is very friendly and professional, he made our stay memorable. Thanks for the outstanding hospitality.

The staff is cooperative, the place is clean and the hotel is close to Taksim.

I didn't like the smell of the towels. We found two beds attached to each other, although we are a couple, we booked one bed for two people, which was not comfortable at all. When I asked for it, he replied that all beds are like this.

nice cozy place, the managers where really nice and welcoming. nice people all around. the location where very close to taksim square. all in all great stay :)

It's very close to Taksim Square. I didn't have any kind of problem. A little bit with warm water, sometimes it's hard to set it up. But everything else was good for me.

As I said. Only a small problem with warm water.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff are helpful and friendly despite the language barrier that was easily over come with translation apps.

Its location is close but it’s an up hill walk to some of the close by attractions that can be a draining walk. But other than that the property is well kept and organized.

The rooms were big and clean. It was close to Taksim. The owners were also good.

There is too much slope around the hotel, difficult to go to Havabus or nearby areas.

Staff, cleaning, everyday was provided with water. 10-15 minutes by walk to the Taksim square. Same rooms like in pictures and size of rooms big

Need a little renovation in bath and mosquito net in windows.

Nothing,I stayed there 4 nights and out of 4 nights 3 nights there was no electricity.Secondly, when we try to communicate with the owner he try to avoid it.Lastly, after multiple heated arguments he cancelled it the reservation without notifying it.
