Hotel Atabay

good location,

too noisy: internal and external noise during the night is really disturbing

Management, breakfast and location ?

Cigarette smoke everywhere ?

The breakfast was poor. There was a little bit of dishes and everything was in small quantities. For example een pair apples… I’m not satisfied with breakfast

Breakfast

I liked the manager's attention to the guests

We had procedures in the hospital in the morning & we were some mnts late for breakfast. Unfortunately, we were not served & as a result we missed the first meal

Northing at all

the location

very bad stay in this hotel

the smell for the room very bad and the water for shower and tap water are very weak the shower place very small very bad hotel

Helpful friendly accommodating staff

the bathroom and rooms very nice

we stayed in January and the rooms were very cold. the heating didn’t work. we told the staff multiple times and nothing happened. the rooms needed a renovation, the chairs were falling apart, the curtains were falling apart, heating didn’t work.

Friendly staff

Shower wasn't working in my room (213) the reception guy said if I had told him earlier he would have sorted it, I didn't have time to go around asking him to fix the shower, it should have been working.

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in support of a day surgery he had at a nearby clinic. We booked the suite so to have extra room which was perfect. We were put on the 3rd floor so the street noise was not a bother. The room also included a small fridge, kettle, daily restocking of water/tea/coffee etc. The beds were very comfy, as was the couch for hanging out on. The restaurant offered all you might want & food can also be taken in the room. This hotel seems to be the most established in the area & we would stay here again.
