The personal @ reception was very pleasant and helpful but in the canteen the ladies no smile no helpful

Breakfast we have to ask to filled up same trays example bread....

It’s 4 star but reality facilitates are not very good, environment is good. Breakfast is good.

The location was decent for the needs that I had in town.Easy check-in/out procedure with no real hustle and time-wasting.Breakfast was alright (nothing special)Not much external noise that could've disrupted sleep/rest.

The cleanliness was the issue I encountered the most. The room I went into had an awful smell, and with me asking to do something about it (granted, there was someone who went in there straight away,) it didn't get much better.Got told there are no replacement rooms available (despite the hotel barely being half full from the eye test)Judging by the reviews, I wasn't the only person who hadn't been told that the minibar was at an extra cost (4 waters and 2 cans of soft drinks (one of them out of date) came at around 300 TYL upon checkout).Some questionable marks/stains on the furniture and in the toilet as well, which did bring the overall experience down.I reckon there are a few alternatives for a similar price that could provide a better all-around service.

For business purposes,especially the ones in the textile industry, it is super location. Everything is close, but there is a huge problem with the parking. No free spaces at all

Breakfast was very good. They have late check-in option. Wholesale shopping area is near.

Spa center is working from 17h then I didn't used it. So bad that it is not working in the morning and during a day. Room was cold when I enter. Central A/C system is good but It needed two hours to get warm really cold room. It was -5 C outside and it was off when I come.

The only thing that we liked was the warm welcome and information provided by Abdul Rahman and his patience and initiative taken to help us with our questions . I would personally rate him a 5 out of 5 as a hospitality ambassador

Almost everything. It is not with a complaining nature that I give my feedback. In fact, it is to assist other guests to make a calculative decision when looking for hotels. This place is far below a mediocre hotel as it is being handled with untrained and a set of depressed staff who can’t understand or communicate in English and looked more confused all the time. There was no welcome drink offered for guests upon check in. No name tags worn by staff, no Greetings to guests, the reception phone is deliberately put on engaged mode to avoid the questions and requests. The linen in the rooms were not fresh and the rooms in general were not maintained. The toilet seats were not fixed well and kept running and the shower taps were all stained. Their indoor pool is not heated though they have a steam room and sauna. The breakfast was below average, no labels on dishes and no allergen awareness whatsoever and the same breakfast everyday. The location as well was a minus as it is completely away from most attractions. Overall nobody came to even check or ask if we were ok.

Shower is very bad. Bathroom is not good. Bed is not comfort.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at HARMONY HOTEL&SPA and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home.The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had the best sleep I've had in a long time.The hotel's facilities were top-notch, with a stunning pool, a well-equipped gym, and a delicious restaurant serving mouth-watering cuisine.What truly made my stay special, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect.I would highly recommend Harmony Hote&SPA to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay. due to the purpose of the visit, the location of the hotel was a big plus

Breakfast selection very poor. most hotels I have visited have scrambled eggs every day here was only once.Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30, unfortunately on the last day of my stay when I was pressed for time it wasn't on time

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is near public transport stations so traveling was easy to visit the city. Relatively close to the center and we could just take a tram to get there.

We took the 2 smoking rooms and 1 non smoking so i was expecting some cigarette smell but this was way more pungent than expected. All rooms and hallways seem to be smelling like cigarettes which was a bit bothering even for the ones who smoke. Cleanliness could have been better the room seemed very lightly cleaned and not properly maintained. The smell in the rooms was probably the best indicator for this as it was a humid smell of cigarettes, dust and potential mold. I believe some renovations would be a good idea as the door to the balcony was not functioning properly and even though i was smoking outside i had no way to close the door so some smoke was getting into the room. Photos are a bit misleading as the entrance and main hallway is very clean and beautiful but the rooms are lacking.

The room was really clean, the h/k do great job! Location is great if u are at the business trip and coming to get “who sale” items. I would not say that it’s a good location if you are coming with as a tourist.

I can’t say that it’s was bad but I would work on a breakfast section. Apart from that everything was good!

Just the staff they did there best. Can you imagine the armchair at reception is badly torn and handels keep in place with electrical tape.

Room very badly lit. Bathroom disaster dangerous shower floor is shiny ceramic tile. Support for the shower glass broken. And and one side of toilet touching the glass!! How can you S...?

Greeting was great but after trying to order take out they doubled our price for the food

Our room was dirty and smelled like some one was smoming there for years. The toilet was not clean. The kettle was rusted it was just the worst roon i have ever been in. Also very far from everything

VERY BAD STAY!!! AVOID!!!

Our TERRIBLE stay has been 3 nights at this hotel, we asked for no smoking room but person in reception gave us SMOKING ROOM saying it is NORMAL in TURKEY. I have disagreed with him and asked for another room but he wanted then EXTRA PAY for him. ROOM are very noise you can hear everything from your neighbours room. ALL facilities OLD only look OK on pictures. BREAKFAST is not worth you need to pay extra for normal food. Last day at our stay at 29/10/2024 ELECTRICITY WAS GONE AT WHOLE HOTEL, AT MORNING THEY SAID IT IS OK BUT IN EVENING IT WAS OFF FOR 4H , while then we asked to provide some lights or something but they cant. IT IS VERY POOR HOTEL SHOULD BE NOT CLASSIFIED AS 4 STARS WITHOUT ANY CHANCE. AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!!!

Its clean, cheap, location is good, staff nice, rooms are big. Good value for money.

It really needs refurbishing. Gym is in very bad condition, even can not say that it is a gym. For breakfast it is always the same.

The hotel experience was delightful, with a well-functioning elevator, impeccably clean rooms, and a spotless bathroom—an essential factor for comfort. His helpfulness and kindness truly enhanced the stay, making him a standout representative of the hotel’s commitment to excellent service.

- Bedsheets are worn out and not washed properly- blankets are totally dirty- mosquitoes in the room- cockroaches in the room and kitchen- Tea (and everything else) in the lobby is only to buy. even worse, it's not fresh!- you are obliged to buy their swimming cap (100TL) in order to be able to swim in a cold and not terribly clean little swimming pool.
