Alrazi Hotel

The location was very convenient.The conditions of the hotel did not correspond to a 4-star hotel, particularly the variety of the breakfast. The only fruit present, for example, was apples.

*The hotel offers spa and massages, however, we had an appointment at 20:00 for a hammam and a 60-minute massage and were waiting more than one hour, and still wasn't our time. They tried to delay with all sorts of excuses, but in the end they admitted, that some of the customers wanted to extend their massage so they just let us wait, If we wodn't leave, after waiting for more than one hour we would wait one hour more )we saw when those people came out). *AC was not reliable and was not working 1/3 of the time, which is not good if there is 35 degrees outside*They offer a valley service because the traffic there is pure chaos. The valley is extremely rude, and when he brought the car back, it was damaged on one side. After a confrontation, he was yelling at us, so I went to the reception guy. He went with me to check the damage (I showed him the pictures before I left the car with them and how it looks now). He said, that's nothing, you can clean this away, and he left, even though, the damage is 40cmx40cm big and needs to be repainted.*I'm staying at approx 30 hotels per year (business), and this was the worst breakfast I had. All the juices were warn, not in the fridge, the same goes for the butter and other milk products. There was no water to drink and the choice was very, very poor.

Every thing The services are not good , the staff is not friendly, the room smells bad and its cleanliness is mediocre. The breakfast does not contain hot milk for coffee or a coffee maker. I spent two hours asking them to fix the box and they did not respond.

The night receptionist was lovely such a nice man , very helpful and super sweet

bad location, and a bit run down, our shower head would not stay up even with the tape they had on it, plus shower door would not close so water on bathroom floor could not be avoided. also bedroom had tape holding up the ceiling.

The swimming poolThe owner is extremely nice but he needs new employees.

The staff are dishonest and they just want money out of you.The wifi is terrible if you stay in the A block and they don't care.The cleaners take money from your room when you leave for them to clean on multiple occasions, one where i even set them up myself and they took everything that i left there. the manager didn't care and was laughing at me and defending them when I went to complain.

SPA times was short between 13 pm to 12 pm! To those who plan to visit the city during the stay will be difficult to enjoy the Spa.SPA was closed 4 days under my stay for 7 days because of the governmental holidays in Türkiye which is not acceptable because I stay at a private hotel!The sales manager of the hotel promised to investigate the 78 extra euro that the hotel took from my credit card but I didn't get any response from him and this is unprofessional!

Stuff is helpful and polite

They need some maintainance but stuff is nice make me over come this issueAlso don't depend on wifi it is not working at all.

The room was very clean and the staff is very friendly. If you do not mind living a bit farther from the center of Istanbul, definitely go for it. It has all facilities needed for spending a great vacation
