I did not like anything about the hotel. Location is bad being nearby Majeutex club and nearby busy streets making the trips to and from the hotel very lengthy. Air conditioning in all hotel rooms is not cold at all. (Outside weather colder in summer)

The duty manager in the evening was hugely supportive 8/10.

The room was not serviced on one day. The laundry service was poor. There was no shower gel after the first day and the bottle was filled with water. The swimming pool was green and had paper floating in it. This is a one star hotel, I would not go back.

Location was pleasant, close to the Bosphorus, the historic Ortokoy Mosque, and many cafes and restaurants.

This is absolutely not a 5-star hotel. The facilities were dingy and in desperate need of a renovation. The hotel was not soundproof and on a very busy street, with much honking of horns. To be avoided at all costs.

It was unsafe, unsecure. I checked out the same night!

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to many attractions and easy to get around. The breakfast was also very great with a nice variety of options.Customer service and guest relations were professional and showed great care.

Great small hotel with fantastic staff—especially Yoness at the front desk and Gorkem, the bellman. Both went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.

Was bit far from main area with all the tourists activity (Sultanahmet).

The manager of the night shift has been incredibly understanding and helpful. Despite the fact that official check-in is at 3pm, he allowed us to enter our room free of charge even though we arrived about 6am. The staff overall are very supportive and indeed want to help. The hotel/our room is super clean all the time. I have to admit that the person who cleans at our floor is the nicest person you ever see. Always smiling and welcoming. Very nice gentleman. Nonetheless, the breakfast is very good as well.

The room is relatively small but indeed fits the purpose. Given its primary location, this is well understandable.

Our family stayed in Crowne Plaza for three days. The staff was extremely friendly and highly attentive. Special call out to Gorkem Mecit (receptionist) and Gorkem/ Eknem- support staff. We checked in during an odd time due to a red eye flight. They were very accommodative in giving us an early check in , reimbursed for the room that we didn’t use, helped my entire family with various assistance . The location was fantastic and very close to the Bosphorous bridge . Overall very pleasant stay

The place is very cozy and the staff are friendly, especially Mr. Cabir who was very helpful and cordial

The hotel and area are 5 stars without a doubt. But i want to leave a review thanking mr.Grokem Mecit, he was very helpful and mad ethe stay 100x better. As soon as we arrived he upgraded the room and gave us his mobile phone for anything we ever needed, and each time we asked him something he will find creative solutions and help us get what we want!If i had more money i would've tipped him a good amount, but the Bazaar took everything from me.100% he made the stay from good to amazing!

i canno't think of anything that i didn't like at this homy hotel starting from the greatest hospitality and generosity i received at this hotel especially from Mrs.Sara Ardogan who made my stay soo comfy and even listened to my requests from my home town till my stay , the fact that made me chose this hotel each time.thank you soo much ?

Location was very good and staff are nice

The room did not provide a toothbrush, the breakfast was repetitive and very limited, and the view of the Bosporus Bridge was overpriced compared to its actual value, as only the bridge was visible while the sea could not be seen.

The location is excellent and very convenient. The hotel is clean, well-organized, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant.

The room service was very poor — I had to call more than five times just to get someone to answer. The room I stayed in had no sunlight at all; it was dark and felt gloomy, even though I was told it was a “good room.” Also, the hotel does not have its own parking, and I had to pay 600 lira per day for external parking.

From the moment we walked in the staff were so friendly and welcoming the check in was super quick. Room clean and specious . The location is close to lots of restaurants would highly recommend it.

We spend 3 nights the house keeper didn’t change our linen. the only gave us clean towels.
