Antusa Palace Hotel & Spa

Das Personal versucht dir die W�nsche von den Augen abzulesen :-) Unsere Anliegen wurden mit Freude und schnell umgesetzt. Die Lage ist super, sehr nahe an Transportmitteln, Shops, Restaurants und Moscheen. Das Fr�hst�ck ist reichhaltig und schmackhaft.

Obwohl wir das teurere Zimmer ausgew�hlt haben, bleiben die Zimmer im Hotel sehr eng. F�r 5 Tage in Istanbul sind die Ablagefl�chen/Schrank sehr begrenzt.

The room was dirtier than I would have liked, there was a sewage smell the entire time, was smaller than picture made it appear.

It's a strategic place to get anywhere in Istanbul. Breakfast was good to start your day and I love their soup of the day too.

The location was very good, and the breakfast was decent and quite varied. They also served Turkish coffee, which was exotic but very tasty.

For us, choosing the room was a trap! It was so small (for a 4* hotel, approximately 8-9 square meters) that we were glad we didn't have a second piece of luggage. I was criticized at the reception for making the reservation through booking.com, where the actual pictures of the rooms do not appear. This is our first disappointment in over 15 years of using this site.

Amazing location just 5min from main attractions like blue mosque and Haga Sofia; friendly and super helpful staff; great breakfast; spacious, beautiful and clean room.

We liked everything! The location was perfect. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We were taken care of, felt like princesses. The beds were very comfortable. The food was also great.

Maybe the rooms could have been a bit bigger

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was yummy. The staff Mehmet was really nice to us giving us pommagrate tea.

Centre position, although everything in the old city is in walking distance so any other hotel would do

I don't get the reviews on how spotless this place is. Reality is completely different ( see attached pictures). Yes it's true that cleaning ladies are there every day, but apart from making the bed and doing the basic cleaning of the bathroom with a towel change you won't feel it. The place is unclean and outdated. Not talking only about some minor things. The chair was so dirty that you should not put anything on it. Many things are worn down to that degree that they are not safe to be used ( take a look at the plastered room service keys). Not to forget the note that after the flash you should regulate the water flow?? I thought it is a joke...Pictures on the net and booking sites are iether from last decade or redone. Another big problem is advertised soundproofing. Non existent! Room doors have 1-2 cm gap below so you can hear all the music from the lobby and corridors. Not to mention walls. I had 2 sleepless nights when my neighbour was watching war movies and for the rest i was disturbed by different screams, music or just slamming doors. I need to mention the breakfast as well. Coffee is terrible, every day the same low variety of the same choices. All in all paying 120+ eur/day for this is just stupid. Same goes for unreasonable prices that are imposed nowadays in Istanbul ( cup of coffee starts from 3,5 eur, basic meal in restaurants is 25-30 eur,...)

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is convenient and welcoming. The service is truly excellent – the staff are very friendly, supportive, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Ulus, iQOOT, and Amir – they are absolute gems and made my stay much more enjoyable.The breakfast is quite simple; it would be even better if there were some salads and a bit more variety. The hotel itself could benefit from some renovation or updates, but overall it is a clean, decent, and comfortable place to stay

Excellent location

Very good location:very close to the tram & landmarks. Grocery stores nearby to buy anything you want. Very helpful & friendly staff: special thanks to Mehmet, Aykut & Yunus, for always answering my questions, and being helpful throughout the stay! Breakfast was good. Restaurant was right underneath the hotel so easy dinner options.

The service was absolutely fantastic. Day and night the 24th seven Desk was there. Any request of service (ironing board, umbrella) was given within literal minutes. The staff guided us towards scams to avoid, places to go see and the massage below the hotel was amazing as well. All I needed was an hour ahead of time and included in the hotel is a 20% discount on the packages. Not to mention, the location was everything, literally right next to the tram, far enough where you didn’t hear it all night, always food available nearby, though I wouldn’t suggest going there because it definitely is tourist priced, but walking distance to the most famous attractions and all public transportation, including the bus to the airportThe service was amazing, it was a little loud, but considering it’s a tourist area you are expected to hear some things in the dead of night. Each room had temperature control, iron was there on request, bathroom showers had amazing pressure, cleaning services were done, timely every single day and water was refilled every day

There was small items that deserve a little deep cleaning in the bathroom. Due to the hardness of the water there are corners around the ground or walls that have mineral buildup, but very tiny details and barely worth mentioning

The location was in a great lively neighborhood close to all the landmarks & shopping.The hotel had a really nice restaurant and they let us hang out and have free coffee anytime!

We just had a minor issue with the AC not working really well.

Location was great. The view was great. Breakfast was good but can be better. Staff were very nice: Eren was very welcoming and helpful, I extremely appreciated his kindness. Utku and Muhammed were very helpful as well. The cleaning lady was very nice, always smiling.

We booked a room for three. The extra bed was uncomfortable and the mattresses were not very comfortable as well. The coffee machine was very disappointing (for the price, a much better coffee machine is expected)

Very clean the staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were unique.

I don’t have any dislikes about the property

The staff was exceptional, attentive, and went far beyond the call of duty! The complimentary breakfast was decent, and the complimentary bottled water was appreciated.

The room was slightly dated and did not look as fresh as the pictures, but then again when do they ever? Location was very close to the mosque, which could be a good and bad thing... because you heard the call to prayer at 4:30am very clearly every morning.

Location was amazing and staff very polite and helpful. Rooms small but clean

Some Maintenance issues;shower doors falling apart, tv remote battery not working and mini-fridge not cold.

Location and cleanliness

Wall is quite thin and we always hear voice from next room when they are chatting.
