Room was a good size

Staff can’t speak a lot of English kept bringing up wrong orders, food was bad and no menus in room the fridge wasn’t cold

Room size is good (for the deluxe) and it has a valet parking..

1. AC didn’t work in multiple rooms — unbearable heat2. Receptionists were dismissive, unhelpful, and never apologized3. Placed in a smoking room despite requesting non-smoking (wife is pregnant)4. Forced to check 7 rooms — all had serious issues5. Final room had no fridge, no safe, and no kettle6. Refused to refund us or allow early checkout7. Definitely not a 5-star hotel — misleading rating

Very high price with no breakfast and even asking for water bottles.That’s not fair

Honestly there was nothing to like about this property, for the price we paid and for the declaration that it is a 5 star hotel it is just horrible. The hygiene of this hotel is highly questionable, the towels that were given to us were torn. One day they didn’t even give us bath towels and when I asked for it they said they have run out of bath towels. The bed sheets were old and torn. The shower door handle was broken. They are under staffed and the staff is also not trained in hospitality and wouldn’t clean up after breakfast unless you told them to. If it wasn’t for its proximity to the Fair Grounds, I would have definitely changed the hotel.

Almost everything was appalling, they rate them as a 5 star hotel but don’t have even the basic amenities that are available in 2 star hotels. Please save yourself the trouble and don’t book it.

I genuinely did not like anything about the hotel. Please save your money and book somewhere else.

Even though we arrived early to check in after an overnight flight, we were aggressively told that check in is at 2pm and nothing can be made, my colleague and I later suggested that if we can keep our bags and go attend the exhibition and arrive later for check in.Points that we found:*The breakfast is nothing compared to the real Turkish breakfast which is usually amazing.*The hotel itself is located in an area facing garages. *The 2nd elevator was shut down for maintenance 3 out of 4 days. Leaving the whole hotel with one elevator.*The Wi-Fi signal is average.*No currency Exhange at the front desk, so make sure to exchange somewhere else.*95% of the staff doesn't speak English- even though Ramada is located next to Tuyap Fair & Exhibition, which holds multiple fairs every year.

The property is close to the exhibition centre

It’s in a very busy area and you cannot easily get a cab in the morning if you don’t want to walk in the heat. The reception also said she couldn’t call me a taxi

The staff were nice but they need to be more trained in hospitality. There was an incident where they started to charge for the rooms in the middle of the night. I didn't get a warning or a reminder about it, which made me believe it was a scam payment being made into my card. Then they called to my room stating about the payment. Such incidents could have been avoided.

The facilities were mediocre at best. The towels were worn out and was torn. They used paper cups instead of regular glass, their breakfast was very poor. The location was directly in front of a garage making it dusty and very unpleasant. Some sections of the floor in our room has dips in it which made me question the structural quality of the rooms. For the hefty price we had to pay, this was not at all worth it. It also didnt feel like ramada or a five star hotel. It should be a three star at best

No much really... The location had some construction happening around it. Very very dusty. Single road in and out... Location not the best but still worth staying at.

Small rooms with no facilities, don't even provide cups and glasses in room. Gave paper cups

As a five star hotel there no tissue papers in the room, most TV channels are Turkish & the breakfast minu is not that good

Super friendly staff. Great for short overnight stay, if you need to be in the area or close to the exhibition center.

I stayed at the hotel over 4 days for the furniture expo the location is very close within walking distance.

breakfast was not a great selection and whilst lovely bathrooms, the actual shower was quite poor water pressure and the rose shower head didn’t work.

The location has been very great since I was visiting Tuyap exhibition centre. Breakfast has good variety and staff was excellent in service. I do recommend this Hotel as it is near Tuyap and not far by car to Marina ideal for dining restaurants.

Nothing except I forget some of my belonging and they never replied despite I messaged them
