Very good location, nice stuff at reception.

The rooms are very small. every morning you need to go to another hotel next to this hotel to have breakfast.At exactly ten o’clock, they clear away the breakfast. The breakfast is very poor and not varied. The linens are too old. Room service is very poor, i even asked to not clean my room after the second day. To note that the front of the hotel is not the same as the shown picture. I attached the real picture. It doesn’t worth the price at all.

We stayed 5 days in vision hotel and everything was amazing and the staff was so helpful and specially cesur he was always helping us whenever we ask his help and with smile , he make us think to come back to the same hotel

No air circulation in the toilet so it was smelling really bad. We were given the top floor but there was no lift till the top floor. I was told by the hotel that they will give another room but they didn't. I even reminded them but still they didn't. There was no electric kettle in the room even though it was mentioned in the description. When I asked about it they didn't pay any attention to it.

This was our second visit to this hotel. I really liked it the first time. The staff was amazing, it was clean and tidy, and the price was very reasonable. So I booked a second time, but I was disappointed.

I warned them, like on my previous visit, that they accepted me the first time I checked in in the morning hours, but not this time :) They demanded an additional 50 euros for 2 hours, when I had paid up to 100 euros for 2 nights :D It was not clean and I didn't like the staff. The breakfast was also average.

Location is close to tram and restaurants. Cleaning was done when requested.

Family room is on the fifth floor which the elevator does not reach. You have to get off at the fourth floor and take the stairs to the fifth.

Good hotel placement, very friendly and helpful receptionists (shout-out to Burak & Ahmed), house keeping was on point as well. Would definitely rebook if I ever came back to Istanbul

Excwllent Locarion, Easy access to Tram and attractions.Most importantly the reception person Ayatur, he is very friendly and care.

The toilet sanitary wares needs to be changed and maintained well.

The front desk staff were amazing.

The location was good, it is close to many things. I didn't realize it was on a street that is difficult to get to by car. My husband has bad ankles and the streets/sidewalks were not good for him.

The location, it was really close to sultanahmet and the train station. If your plan is to spend the whole day out and just go back to the hotel to sleep and you don’t care too much about comfort, it is a great option.

The alley where it was located was really dark and always filthy. The hotel overall looked poorly maintained and depended too much on its ubication for the price. The bathroom was filthy with hair and the towels had holes in them, it was really small.

Excellent location, a stone's throw from the historical center, transport accessibility, friendly staff, the room has everything you need, including air conditioning, TV, kettle and refrigerator. Clean, comfortable!

The neighbors can be heard too well, but it doesn't depend on the staff.

I really like this hotel! It’s in the city center, plus the stuff was very friendly, especially Burak! He was really friendly and kind! For this money it’s perfect hotel! I will come again!

Everything was amazing. The location is convenient and close to everything you'd like to see in Istanbul first. The staff is amazing, knows three languages and is always ready to help. Would certainly come back.

Hotel has really great price according to its location.you can get in all main atractions by foot.Bonus:heating.As we are visiting Istanbul a lot,lots of hotels has only AC heating which isn't enough for Turkish winters.Here we could sleep literally with open windows.
