A charming hotel. Large, spacious room with double and single bed. Stovetop available. Large, clean bathroom with fully functioning shower and sink and amenities provided. Wifi worked throughout. TV worked. Fridge with (chargeable) snacks available. Aircon/heater for heating which wasn't noisy or disruptive. Private balcony available. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful with luggage, etc. Room cleaning available. Great choice for buffet breakfast with cold and hot options. Located on quiet street ten mins walk from Taksim square. Good value overall. We would stay here again.

The Reception/cafe area can be a little cramped, especially at breakfast time. And whilst there is a lift to somewhere, our room wasn't accessible by it. Not really complaints, just things to know.

The stuff in the hotel is very nice I have arrived there by 8 am and the check in is by 2 pm I had 2 rooms reserved they handled for me the first room key by 9:30 and the second one by 11:30 am ??

Good, clean and in a good location even though first impressions may be different. Rooms could do with an update but otherwise they have all you need. Great breakfast included. Couple of minutes walking distance to Taksim Square and shopping area. Staff are great and very helpful.

The location is very good, the stuff are very kind and helpful, near to bus and metro only 10 minutes walk.

Nothing, everything was fine.But for those who can’t walk too much must take care the hotel inside the neighborhood and need to walk around 10 minutes from Taksim Square.

It's close to the Taksim square - 5 minutes walking, but situated on a very quiet street so if you value lack of noise during night time then you should definitely check this place out.I also enjoyed their breakfast which is served from 8am to 10.30am and offers variety of local cheeses and other breakfast staples. The members of staff were always friendly and helpful.

It’s a family owned property run & maintained by themselves, breakfast buffet was great full of variety to choose from, close to Taksim Square, shops, groceries and the Havabus to & from the airport. The room that we’re in was spacious, there were a lot of cats along the street some even want to come inside the hotel. Close to Stiklal Street where people shops and dine. There’s a lot of restaurants around.

The air conditioning wasn’t working well that I sweat during the night hours. It needs to be upgraded.

The breakfast was very fresh . and the hot meals was prepared every morning . with cold juices , and hot tea , and coffee .

Everything about Nis hotel was great , Osman , mutazz , and the great cook Dunya , very happy with everything , that was a great vacation , the hotel staff made it like home for us .

Good location and easy walk to Taksim Square. Staff Murtaz is super friendly.

The bathroom has a bad sewer smell, the shower would flood as the drain was not quick enough.

Breakfast options could be more varied (eg. Coffee was often missing, bread was hard and not fresh, no eggs..), rooms would need more attention to cleaning (floors especially as plenty of dust and hair). I had a room in lower floor and even if it had a window, it was quite dark.

Hotel was beautiful and nice. The staff were great and very welcoming! For a solo woman traveler I felt really safe here and would highly recommend.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and polite; we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the daily room cleaning service with fresh towels and water everyday. We stayed in the biggest family room for 4 people, a very comfortable room with a small balcony. One of the best parts of the whole trip was the location of the hotel (5 minutes to Taksim Square) and the exceptionally kind and friendly receptionist guys, as well as the other staff. Overall, it is a cosy, nice, family-run place. I would come back again and highly recommend it to others.

Just a heads up, the elevator is tiny, a big suitcase might not fit; nevertheless, the rest was perfect!
