Location to attractions, Covid testing done at hotel, hotel shuttle, rooftop access.

It was run down, the cleaning fluid in the halls did not have a pleasant smell and was strong.

Room was too tiny but location perfect. It was impossible for drivers to find it, not because of bad driving but because city blocked the streets. Breakfast was delicous and fresh

The room itself was too tiny. As a 2male guests was the queen size bed with 1 blanket was too small

Coackroach in the room.103No heating in room 105.Manager an stupid person,he cannot comunicate .There was no any sign cannot keep the my car in front of hotel and I foud my car picked up by some company,for sure in colaboration with idiot manager.

The pictures are 7+ years old and they don’t match what you get, I did not have a window in my room! Nor in the toilet!

You should remove this hotel and hotel across the street named ,,Continental Elite Hotel “In this street is dirty and so much noise 24 hours a day.In respect to your customers I suggest that.

It is a nice cozy place with friedly people and it is also near the city centre.

It was central to where I wanted to go

The breakfast was mediocre. I had to ask many times for room cleaning service. They did not provide water after the initial day.

Breakfast was a disaster, asked for a fried egg and was asked to pay for it yet they say breakfast included, boiled eggs all the way, asked for a watermelon and was told the one left was for the following day. Staff can't speak English ( language barrier) a simple word they jus look at you on the face and say nothing.Room was full of molds and shower tap wasn't closing making noise all night. Booked a shuttle to transport us to the hotel from the airport but no shuttle was waiting for us Asked the staff at the hotel why we didn't see the shuttle and they jus looked at us and said nothing Bedding was full of molds and everything in the room was full of molds smell .slept for 4 nights and no bedding was changed. Staff not helpful at all, they jus wanted money out of us trying to sell the cruise for ridiculous price yet at the sea it was only 10 euro and they asked us to pay 100 US Dollars. We were expecting a jacuzzi as advertised but when we ask they told us its not working and when we went to check its jus a very dirty jacuzzi on the corner different to whats on the poctire. The pictire of the ro are not what you find, those pictures were takes maybe 15 years ago, beds are sinking when sleeping.Will never go back, waste of money and time.

the hotel staff are very friendly and helpfull, so much thanks to the manager in morning duti the location was in great area where you can go to many things around you

the BF was not so Good, manily the juice the room is too small and the windows curtens was not covering the whole windows so day light is all in, and nithg time outdoor light all in the roomwe had only light bedsheet that is not a hotel standted type, and was not worming enough, the room was just linked to the elivator, so all people in/out we hear the noisebut for such location and if alone I will go for it

Cooperation of Staff they were very nice and helpful Location is almost mid of market area, though there is no noise inside the hotel

Rooms were a bit small, and the bid mattresses are old and don't match bed size as well as below are old they aren't comfortable

Our booking was cancelled last minute because they expected us to via a link that’s not from booking.com. I was travelling and didn’t have the internet to check the msg. I arrived at 2 am stranded in Tirana with no hotel!

Location so perfect, hotel is right near all amenities, Tram, Grand bazaar and many shops.

Kettle was not there and it was peak of winter, am from Africa it’s very warm am not used to that cold. Room was warm though.Cup of coffee could change everything.
