Arcade Hotel & SPA Nisantasi

Location, good staff and service.

Good location

The noise from the street is unbelievable , the windows needs to be changed to soundproof. Also we can hear the doors slamming while we were inside the room. The breakfast was below normal .The boy in the breakfast needs to learn welcoming the visitors , and also they wash the dishes in front of us that make a noisy atmosphere.I will not stay there next time,

Centrally located, clean and very comfortable.

Location

The hygiene is so bad it was dirty and the staf not helpful and I ask for an iron for 3 days and I didn’t get it because there just one iron for the whole hotel Bad service I carried my bags to the car no one helps us

Location

Bad hygiene The worst stay I’ve ever tried Dirty room I asked for an iron for 3 days and I didn’t get it They have just one iron for the whole hotel It was a bad stay and they disturbed my room while I’m out and I used the don’t disturb sign to collect the only one iron And I asked for a water after I checked out and they tell me no water here

Special thanks to Nil and Hassan for their kind treatment and extended stay.

Some rooms noisy

Location

Disgusting sheets aren’t clean and when we asked to be moved it was “take it or leave it” horrible experience will NOT repeat.

Location

Electricity was switching off automatically specially the AC … in addition it was noisy people staying on the upper floor

Every thing was good and the employees they were friendly

Location and the room was clean

The location is convenient, the room is spacious and comfortable bed with all facilities including the bathroom facilities are clean and well organized and maintained. The staff too polite and helpful

The bed was amazing, this is the most comfy bed ever i think :)I also liked the location of the hotel. the size of the room was great. This hotel would definitely be my choice for any next Instanbul visit.

netflix did not work

The place was beautiful, wonderful, clean and safe, and its location is excellent and close to everything you need just by walking, there are many markets and shops and next to it are places for exchanging money, the reception staff are excellent and the helpful staff and (the exceptional (Bilal) is excellent), thank you for the good treatment and reception.

Nothing, I didn't have breakfast with them in my reservation, I would have loved to try it.

My family and I had a great time at this hotel. All the staff were helpful, the hotel manager, and Mr. Bilal who was always there to help with anything you need. My family would love to stay at this hotel again.

Comfortable, convenient location for shopping.

Cleanliness, staff are super friendly

Location might be a bit far from taksim

The place and the view, staff hospitality, the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the facility

The location is perfect for a shopping break, everything you need is right on the doorstep. The staff were super friendly. Our room was a very good size for hotels in the area, clean and away from the front road. Bathroom had excellent water pressure and a big bath and separate shower.

Only a small issue. The fridge in the room has a clear glass door and a light that doesn’t go out when you close it. Not helpful for sleep.

Good location 'friendly team 'quite very clean

The location is very good, the staff are really friendly and kind, and the hotel is super clean

The daily cleaning service is not professional

Loved our stay at Riva hotel. The location was great with a bunch of stores down the street. The two suites we had were clean and spacious. Every team member was hospitable and very friendly, a special thanks to Olcay, Mehmet, and Burcuu. This has definitely exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to go back ?
