Kaya Istanbul Fair&Convention Hotel

close to Tuyap Fair and Exhibition centre, but far from other city attractions.

The room amenities are old, bathroom especially. Mattress and pillows are not comfortable at all. Towels are used, need to be changed! Too expensive for what it offers!

staff is very supportive and helpful , breakfast is so nice , location is great , near many things

room AC is not working properly , not cooling , technical guy came but didn't solve any issues , we have changed the room also same issue , seems since its 25 years old hotel it has to be fully refurbished , same rates you can find much more better hotels

I had a wonderful stay at Kaya Hotel. Everything was excellent, and the reception staff were very attentive and responsive. Their warm and professional service made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The rooms were clean and well appointed. The location for the Zuchex trade show couldn’t have been better. The staff were very kind and a special shout out to Sue Kaya who saw to it that our small concerns were addressed and our stay was comfortable. We will be back next year for Zuchex and book another 6 rooms!

The AC didn’t cool well and it seems it’s centralized for the building so any adjustment affects all guests. Apart from that our stay was very comfortable.

Location was very good. All staff were helpful and smiling and gave good service to us.

I liked all and everything in hotel.

well done service, especially room service one - staff was incredible helpful ... many thx to : Amin & Aybuke & Kavin.

well ... hotel and room ages are quiet obvious from beginning ... A/C for instance didnt work as should be : room thermostat knob was just rotate but no temperature can be set; it worked only either hot / cold but no temp. adjustment can be made; bed mattress as well, need some new one ; USB connection incorporated into 220V sockets, next to bed or somewhere : nothing ... shower / bathrooms : old tiles and outdated facilities ...elevators design / interiors also need an upgrade for 2025 and further ... price wise - well, have to say that is very very expensive in many of the areas, including minibar, restaurants, room service ... felt that prices was for New York or Miami ... not sure if this was. just adjusted because of the Beauty Istanbul event or just hotel policy ...anyway another positive thing : hotel area supervisor i guess, contacted us on Whatsapp and ask if we need anything, which proves again Turkish hospitality ... thank you.

I have no words for how wonderful this hotel was! Everything exceeded expectations: the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at all times, and the hotel itself was beautifully maintained with a true sense of hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a flawless experience!

Very friendly staff they always make sure that you are comfortable and happy during your stay and listen to your complaints if any

The ac was not working to cool so the rooms were hot

Everything about our stay at Kaya İstanbul Fair & Convention in Istanbul was excellent! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were all extremely nice and helpful. The location is ideal for business travelers, especially since it's just a short walk from the Tuyap Fair Exhibition Center. But it’s not just for business—thanks to the beautifully designed environment and thoughtful landscape details, the hotel is also great for families with children. Very family-friendly and welcoming!A special thanks to the Customer Relations Manager, Mr.Altin Diko, who truly went above and beyond. He speaks several languages and made sure every guest felt cared for. He was definitely the heart of the hotel’s outstanding service. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like since everything met or exceeded our expectations.

I am an Indian, so food. Else nothing much to not like about the hotel. Quiet, comfortable, convenient (for those looking to stay near Tuyap fair grounds.

Everything is good, especially for someone who participates at the trade fair. The location is very convenient. Overall a good hotel at this price range.

The breakfast and dinner could definitely vary a little more. It’s not bad, but could take a little additional vegetables a seafood. Definitely a lot of different meats.

The location, the staff and the SPA

It was my first trip in Turkiye, and it was quite impressive. Kaya hotel was the first point of the impression.I hope to have good promotion price again in next trip so I can choose Kaya Istanbul again.

No small store around hotel. Even though hotel facility is very good, visitors need store time to time. So I would like to recommend hotel to have small store in lobby floor.Aha.. Window needs cleaning. Amazing view, but too much stain on window glass. But, view was great anyway.

Staff was so friendly, the best location for exhibition. Quality and variety of breakfast was fantastic. Room and every where in hotel was so clean. They have prepared a free buffet of finger food and sweet in afternoon which was so nice for us after one day in exhibition. A special thank you to Mr. Altin Diko for his warm welcome and his special attention to hotel guest.

Staff very friendly and polite

Attention to detail in housekeeping was missing.Ex Toilet shower drain .. had to request decloggingThe ironing board had to request twice. This should have been there in the first placeTissue paper was missing in the rooms. Was inly there in the toilet

The location and Staff Hospitality is outstanding. The quality of the food is good

All the workers are very kind and polite, the gym and swimming pool are amazing… And breakfast is perfect.

The localization is far from the old city and touristic part, but for who is looking for the fair center, it is perfect.

Location Room quality Service Spa & Gym

Limited food options

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The facilities are comfortable and clean, but what really made the difference was the staff’s service. I especially want to highlight Kenan, the receptionist, who was incredibly kind and attentive at all times. He helped us with recommendations, answered our questions with a smile, and made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Without a doubt, I will return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant experience and quality service.

Excellent location for business , plenty of space in the parking, very good breakfast, very polite and available CR management and great gym

The bathroom is starting to show it's age and will need a renovation soon
