Everything about those apartments was perfect, we booked 4 apartments and enjoyed a lot, its close to everything and apartments themselves are renovated and brand new cabinets and stuff, highly recommended ?

I liked all the unit has all the essentials. It was clean, spacious and the security, front desk was responsive. It's in a neighborhood with lots of cool shops and the walk to metro was within 10 minutes.

The street cat was meowing pretty loud and the upstairs unit was also loud for one night but that is all out of control of this property.

Clean, location

We had old people with us, so the fact it is located uphill was quite a challenge to go up.

Clean and nice apartment, great location. You have everything you need in the apartment, feels like you at home. Very good beds and pillows. You could hear the noise from the street and the neighbouring rooms, but it did not bother us that much. Check in was easy, garbage collection was always on time. We very much enjoyed our stay and if we ever going to come back to Istanbul, we will definitely stay at NOA apartments.

The location is just amazing you have many public transport options very close and a lot of things to see in walking distance. We really saved time having this great location. The rooms were very spacious and super clean everything was very new. Also the couch is extremely large the same size as the bed and a mattress topper is provided to sleep better on it. The kitchen is amazingly equipped.

Only a very small thing like the shower had very bad water pressure other than that nothing

Our room was spacious, and very home-like. It was well-lit with a glass window on the roof - the rooms and bathrooms were clean, the cutlery and vessels properly organized. The staff were very polite and helpful, and everything was communicated perfectly!It's good value for money, considering where it's located - literally a minute or two walk from Galata Tower!

Spacious, clean, great location

Clean and comfortable for a few days stay in Istanbul. Conveniently located with easy access to public transport, supermarkets and attractions.

This is a bright, spacious, well-equipped apartment with everything you'd need. Located perfectly near the Galata tower with many options for food and shopping. We would stay here again.

Apartment was spacious and clean. The washer / dryer worked great. Close to restaurants, shops and transportation, but quiet. We even had cats on our patio.

Modern, clean and comfortable apartment on a quiet street centrally located

Ground floor overlooking the street so it feels like we have to trade privacy for daylight but it's not bad overall.

Everything! The apartment has a very convenient location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, public transport, Karakoy and the Galata Tower. The neighborhood is great. The apartment is spacious, two toilets, great living room and bedroom with a lot of closet space and a large kitchen.

Nothing, everything was great

Location was great as far as the proximity to a major site and being in a neighborhood full of unique, creative shops.

We didn't realize how hilly this neighborhood is so it was a bit uncomfortable climbing steep hills whenever we went out. Also the street in front of the apartment was filthy and stinky. Is there no municipal cleaning or property maintenance team? I'd be embarrassed to be the owner of a building if the access of to my building stinks of trash and cat defecation.

Everything! It was so beautiful and spacious! We had the apartment with the rooftop terrace which we used every night. The main bedroom is massive and the whole place is better than the photos. The staff met us right away and gave us a tour with all the info we needed. The kitchen was well equipped for a home cooked meal and we were just around the corner from Smyrna art cafe where we ate the first night. There were lots of other eating options nearby as well as shopping and of course the galata tower which was a good landmark for when our teenagers went out on their own. Very affordable and a great stay!

Excellent location. 10 minute walk from Eminonu pier, karakoy fish wrap bazar, and Galataport open-air mall. Well connected with trams, buses, and ferries. Very nice cafes and breakfast places nearby. Smyrna cafe is especially recommended. There is also a superstore nearby, right next to the Galata tower. Quiet street with loads of friendly cats laying around. Often see people sitting on the footpath petting cats. Modern looking apartment with absolutely everything needed inside, including washing machine with detergent, dish washer with capsules, iron & ironing stand, cutlery, pans, pots, french press, panini press, android TV, vacuum cleaner, safe, and a lovely balcony to enjoy the fresh breeze that often blows in the area. The apartment itself was spacious with a bedroom, a living room/kitchen, a toilet, and a bathroom. The shower was separated by glass and the floor was shaped perfectly so all the water in the shower area seeped into the drain. The floors and walls had a sort of painted coating which gave it a very minimalist and clean look.The check-in process can be quite swift as it is possible to send documents beforehand via whatsApp. The staff is friendly and helpful. Check-out is strictly at 11:00 and I believe there is no room for adjustment, especially during peak season. However the staff allow baggage to be stored at the security office.All in all a great experience.

The street going up to the apartment complex is steap and some days it feels like quite a challenge to walk up all the way, especially after a tiring day around the city. No such a bad thing but good to know.The TV only has Turkish channels

We love this place. We love that it has a gym and is in the middle of Galata area. Family friendly and accommodating and kind staff.

Only few things. We noticed cars often block this street so it’s hard to get in with luggage - taxi often drops off at the end of the short road and you have to walk the last short bit because of this. Our AC was making noises but we sent them a note and they were coming to fix it right away. They do have staff on site 24/7 and security 24/7 and the place feels very safe and clean. The fold out bed is easy and big enough for teens which is great. Would be nice if they added conditioner to the showers (they have shampoo and body wash). These are small things compared to the place which is very comfortable.

Great location and modern flat fully equipped and clean

The building comes in a narrow street on a hill, so people with many luggage will suffer a bit as well there is no elevator for the upper floors

Spacious apartment, great location but still very quiet, super helpful staff, great value for money

Second time we stay at this apartment, and I would highly recommend it. The design and layout are amazing, and it is a very well fitted apartment. Location is great too and close to so many shops and restaurants. The gym is very well equipped as well for a basic workout, so that is a plus.

Cleaning once a week is too little for a serviced apartment. Staff can be more proactive in helping replace towels and linen.
