I paid an extra $120 cash for a room upgrade to the king suite, as well as a room decorative surprise for my wife. What we got was a few scattered rose petals, a rotten fruit platter, and cheap bouquet. Additionally, the room itself was a complete disaster. It was completely barren, with missing basic amenities such as napkins, TV remote, and windows...the room had no windows. Instead it had plastic tarps with holes in them covering where glass should be. This allowed cold air to constantly enter our room. Combined with heating issues on the first night, it was a miserable experience. The coffee and glass cups in the room were dirty, the fridge smelled disgusting, the main bathroom shower and toilet were clogged and leaking—meanwhile the second bathroom smelled rancid. To top it off, the jacuzzi (the main reason prompting the upgrade) was filthy. With all of this, the front desk did absolutely nothing to address our concerns, even the most basic ones. For example, I had called them three times to ask for napkins and ended up having to grab them myself from the hotel restaurant. I had stayed at this hotel before and the basic room was decent with an amazing breakfast...so with the amount I paid for their supposed "best" room I was left completely and thoroughly disappointed. I would not recommend this establishment to any traveler.

Rooms were modern, clean, and had nice amenities. The reception asked us which room we wanted and we chose the back which is more quiet. It was indeed very quiet. The bathroom was clean with shower. The room was carpeted. The location was great for our trip to a sports event. Breakfast was delicious and many variety of foods. There was also free parking on site.

The pool, sauna, steam room and spa area was closed. It was not in operation. This was most disappointing. We saw the pictures of the sauna on booking.com but they did not have it in operation. Our bed felt comfortable, but my body was aching when i woke up. I don't know why.

Really nice staff! The location is pretty good if you are on a business trip as the hotel is easy accessible by metrobus or taxi.

Cleanless espetialy-Room was with very bad,strong of cigaretes smell,offol ,but,next day iv asked and they change for me,without a word..-Tv channels,99% turkish or arabic,nothing european ..-Room war paid already thru booking.com,and they ask from to pay again,because they had some problem with money transfer-at the check out,again,they ask from me to pay some money differance,like,room was this amount and you paid this amount,so pls to pay ( app 5 euro ) ,on which i sad,again,that I have paid already,on booking..and they stop asking money..but they war like ,ok,let try?!-which is not good !

The most shady, smelly and dirty hotel in the area.

I hated everything. From shady interior and weird people staying there to the most dirty bed linen, smelly bathroom, dark and shady corridors to malfunctioning air conditioner, everything was awful. I spent the night coz I had no choice as it is located 2 hours drive from the airport and one n a half hour from city center. It is no way a 4 star hotel. I will give it 0 out of 10.Awful experience!!

Nothing, due to the snow storm I had to stay for one night because I was stuck for more than 9 hours at the same place in my car.

Dirty room, very dirty, expired coffee, no cups or water for drinking, no heating, very low hot water pressure, smelly bed sheets, smelly pillows, I DONT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. I’d rather sleep in my car than sleeping in this hotel again!!!

Hello the breakfast was good ,they may add more items .The location is perfect.

The staff were rude. Especially one receptionist was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.
