No wifi no breakfast problem with water. Air conditioning need to be fixed. Sheet is not clean. And below cover dirty.

Rooms are very clean and tidy. There was housekeeping everyday. The people here are so helpful and accommodating and very friendly. Javaidan was very helpful and very polite. Love it

Hotel was a good value for money. The staff was friendly. They cleaned very good on a daily basis. Location is good, few hundred meters from Galata Tower.

Little bit tough to climb up the hill, but there is always M2.

Charming little hotel on quiet street with great access to metro, tram, and several bus lines connecting to all the sights. Just a few blocks from Galata Tower and restaurants. Happy we stayed here and not in the more crowded touristy areas. Kind and helpful staff let us check in early and upgraded our room for free as it wasn't yet the busy season. Clean, comfortable, and felt really safe. We will stay here again if we return to Istambul.

Honestly, nothing to complain about.

The staff was really helpful during our stay. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. The location is perfect just few minutes walk to Galata tower.

Unfortunately, we are in 4th floor with a narrow and quite steep and spiral stairs. Luckily, the staff carry our luggage to our room which we really appreciate.

It was a good location close to everithing we want to see, , very clean, excellent personal, quiet, close to subway and Galata Tower, many places to eat local food also with nice persons to serve, very nice

Bazar was closed on Sunday and I did't know. Coudn't find a specific Chocoltate or a supermarket close by, but I didn't try hard enough

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, close to Galata Tower, Taksim Square, and the Golden Horn, with easy access to buses and the metro.The hotel is very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Our flight arrived late, but Mr. Soltan made our late-night check-in smooth and easy.Highly recommended!

Staff behavior was insolent! --> If you want to avoid headache change your mind and book another hotel.3 days after check-in they claimed that they didn't receive their money yet from Booking.com and requested me to clarify the payment situation with booking.com.Although my payment was done, and I knew this is not my problem, I wanted to help them. After contacting booking.com several times and spending couple of hours of my trip time in this issue, as their issue was not resolved (although booking.com was telling me that they have already received their money, but they were claiming that someone hacked the system and they are not the recipient of the money), in the last night they told they won't allow me to check-out until payment is done.As I didn't accept to pay two times, they told we should go to Police office! Can you believe it? Polic office for an already done payment with available proof! After visiting the police office, the police man told them that as the customer already paid, you cannot avoid his check-out. However, they still were insisting that I should pay, otherwise I cannot take my luggage and leave the hotel.At the end, I checked out without paying again, but they wasted several hours of my time in trip, stressed our group for something that I had absolutely nothing to do with and showed me how unprofessional and unreliable they are.Never ever visit this hotel and recommend it to no one!

AVOID THEM, NEVER TRUST THEM

WORST POSSIBLE TEAM- the morning person makes his buddy sleep at the hotel and forces me to have breakfast at his disgusting non-fresh buddy's hotel to get his commission on the breakfast.- you won't find a more arrogant person than the one who works in the afternoon. he coos with his wife during his shift.- at night, the guy thinks he's very important and super-intelligent, but you can't understand a sentence when he speaks in English. He only understands himself.I asked this team to receive a female friend in my room for an hour, and they refused. These are the same people who can't get through a service without their friends or wives squatting in the hotel reception. The reception is always full of their friends/family. When the friends disappear for just an hour, they turn on the soccer very loud or eat in the lobby. Lobby is not for the guest, thats for them.If you don't fall into the tourist trap, they'll hate you and won't say a word to you, but that's the basis of respect, not even a hello.I had the misfortune to forget my electric toothbrush, so I wrote to them quickly. Of course, they didn't even bother to reply and kept it to themselves. I don't think they've understood their roles, they behave like divas, it's the customers who serve them.Not to be trusted. I asked for their manager's contact details, of course they refused.The only decent person is the new Kurdistan employee, he's not yet corrupt.

The hotel was very good in terms of price performance. The employees are polite and helpful. Also close to everywhere. Transportation is important for the holiday and this hotel is a two-minute walk from the metro. I will come again, thank you for everything

I recently stayed at Blue Hotel with a perfect location, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms were beautifully designed, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel was at a good location and you could acces anything from it. We even had a metro station nearby and we could travel to any part of Istanbul at ease. We especially liked the receptionist Imam, he was very friendly and talkative and he understood us in English which was really hard to find in the city. He was very helpful to us and he seems like the best guy for that kind of job.

We didn't like that a lot of times there was no water and sometimes we couldn't even shower. The water also wasn't clean for drinking and we bought bottled water to be safe.

I liked the size of the room and styling of the furniture. The staff were friendly and spoke english well.

Great staff, the location is very very good, the only tiny problem was that there was no elevator. All the rest was very good for the price we paid. I recommend it.

Perfect location.Helpful & friendly staff, really good guys on the reception desk.Good rooms with soundproof, all the necessary facilities in, bathrooms are great.Good prices, definitely worths every € // $ you pay.

Cleaning isn’t the best.Soap, shower gel & so on was only on the day of the arrival & once or twice more. So be ready to buy yourself some is staying for several days.

The location, is very close to galata tower.Salih is really good, going above and beyond to make your stay nice, the guy at night not so much

1. You have NO privacy. If you take a guest to your room even for 5 min they want to charge you €25, if you bring 3 friends even for 20 min to have a drink before a night out that would be €75, threatening to open and come into your room, violating your privacy. This system just doesn’t work, I prefer an Airbnb.2. There is no flexibility to modify your booking if your circumstances change. And they don’t do refunds if you decide to leave early for whatever reason, meaning they can just dictate what they want and you have no say, which can make your trip a nightmare if you rely on flexibility3. The place doesn’t look at all like in the pictures outside.
