Clean and good location

Rooms are cleaned every day, and the hotel itself is nice and the staff is nice too. Location is perfect.Comfortable stay

Rooms have air conditioners that are connected to each other, so if i want a cold AC and the room in-front of me wants hot, one of us will have to compromise. The weather was cold outside but the hotel is not cold so it needs AC, but they open the heaters which is suffocating. And tbh, they upgraded our room so that we have a cold AC at the beginning of our stay , which was very kind of them, but the last 3 days we had to stay without a cold AC , just hot or a fan (which is also hot).

Definitely the best hotel in Nişantaşı. Very close to the central part with tones of cafes and remote enough from all the hassle. Elevator—a very rare thing in Istanbul—was a nice bonus. The staff is very attentive and willing to help. And the breakfast was just one of the best we’ve ever had in five years of visiting Istanbul.So the first thing we did upon checking out was reserving our next stay!

All was good. Bed comfortable, room very big.

Towels had a pretty strong smell of bleach.

Great location in Nisantesi you have a lot of shops, trendy restaurants around. Also very safe. Really really delicious breakfast.

The room is clean. The location is perfect. The guy who work in the reception really helpful, kind , and welcoming. They have amazing choices for breakfast.

Dear Favori hotel. Thank you for everything. I have visited Istanbul many times, but I have never been so satisfied with the value for money as in this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The location is excellent-everything is nearby and easy to reach. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I am more than happy with my stay and would definitely come back again.

Breakfast was good, more than expected., Location was also good near to Osmanbey metro station. A shower room was well functioned with respect to drain and hot water.

we were offered room gradeup which we appreciate. but facing west side,it was very hot inside during late afternoon and toilet was not flashed clean.

The staff were extremely accomodaring. The included breakfast was awesome.

The occassional smoking smell. Also I didnt like the translucent bathroom door. The bathroom doors and walls should be completely opaque. I stayed with my son. Enough said.

Very clean, closely located to metro and friendly staff. Breakfast is good for the price point, sauna was nice to have (make sure to give advance notice). The rooms and bathrooms very clean, and staff was generally accommodating of any ad hoc requests

The AC was not working, the bed was big but just 2 bed put it together so there was a gap between.

The location was very good, a short walk from the metro. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a really good size and had all the facilities you needed. Breakfast was good. We didn’t use the gym etc. Good value for money, I’d recommend this hotel

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Clean, modern and for the price it's a steal. Customer service is impeccable. Everyone is so polite and will go above and beyond to help. The front staff are awesome. Will definitely book again whenever I am back. Do not hesitate.

Breakfast was excellent,location was available places to visit,such as Sultanahmet,Ayasophia Kapalicarshi etc.

The light of the room was less,because of darkness was trouble to find something,smell of towels was not good and there wasn't tooth brush

The staff is very gentle and supportive. They picked me up and took me the hotel as google map took me to a wrong location.

The position is good / central but being in the heart of the textile district is messy and dirty at night. The room (I had the one on the last floor with jacuzzi) is not well lightened. The only lights were the ones on the bed side tables. The bathroom sink is far from being practical. The faucet hose is so long that it almost comes out of the sink with the consequence that the water comes out. Only 1 out of 4 machines in the gym worked. Gym and breakfast rooms are both located at -2 and were quite dark, My room has not been cleaned as the cleaning lady simply forgot !!

Room and location were good

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The floors, furniture were dusty and dirty and our socks became visibly dirty from walking around the room. This was not the level of hygiene we expected to see.
