Sentire Hotels & Residences Taksim

The location was great. It was half a block off of Istiklal Street. Still close enough to the heart beat of it. And also far enough away that you didn¿t get all of the noise. I thought it was a very nice hotel and a great set up inside.

They do not like you to have visitors. And they tell you they can only visit for a short period of time. Excuse me?? That was very rude and for that I won¿t stay there again. So don¿t plan on friends visiting you at the hotel. I would recommend otherwis

The fact that the hotel has a very loud disco in the building next to it. Music played until almost 4am both Friday and Saturday nights. They have shutters that do hardly anything but was not told until day 2 Room layout was bad

Such a nice apartment with a great view from the balcony overlooking Istiklal Street. The kitchen is well equipped, and the place is cozy with enough space for two people for at least a week. Good Wi-Fi and very helpful staff. It’s located right in the heart of Istanbul—only a 2-minute walk from Taksim Square. You can easily reach all destinations by tram, funicular (Tünel), or metro. The sea is about a 20-minute walk (around 1.5 miles) downhill, so be careful if you’re traveling with kids or have knee issues. You can also get around using the public water shuttle, which costs about the same as the metro when using the Istanbul transport card—less than $1 one way. You can use Uber also. Old city 25-30 min by public transport (tunel +tram)

It’s not a big issue, just two small things: the dryer doesn’t work properly, so make sure you have enough time to let your clothes dry naturally if you plan to do laundry during your stay. Also, since the apartment is on a central pedestrian street, it can get quite crowded and noisy, so keep that in mind if you’re sensitive to sound.

We loved this luxury hotel & service. Receptionists, concierge & house keepers are super friendly and helpful.The hotel has a gym and art gallery, they’re using L’Occitane products in bathrooms which is definitely a plus.LOCATION is very strategic, inside Istiklal street and near to Taksim square. The most beautiful attractions in Istanbul.

Cars don’t reach to hotel door, need 2 minutes walking like a small hill

Loved the location. Staff very responsive. All the shops you could want are right on ur door, tram and metro steps away. Staff very helpful with bags and making additional tourist inquiries for me and bookings.

The only thing i could criticize was that you could hear music froma club until 4 am (i'm a light sleeper) But you are right in the center of Taksim St. Our kids slept through the night! Only other thing that would have been an issue for me personally was the flashing red light from the fire alarm... it was waking me up but luckily i had an eye mask with me, which fixed that issue for me.

The location is so amazing it’s right at the centre of the city at the best place for shopping, and everything is underneath nearby right on front of the hotel entrance.. the stuff we are so helpful and friendly they provide over what ever we need

Our stay was so perfect due to the location of the hotel right at the front of the walkway for shopping!! it perfectly suits up for families and kids as well. The stuff we are so helpful and friendly.

I celebrated my anniversary in Istanbul, my stay was in the hotel, staff were kind specially Mr. Farahat and Mr. Hussein, they were kind and helpful.

Everything were Great , but for those who don’t like noisy during there sleep, the hotel due to the location will be a little noisy, but so far it was good for us :)

Great location right off Istiklal street. Super safe with locked entry from the street. Staff was exceptionally helpful- helped me figure out where to get flowers and cake for my moms birthday, helped us place a food order at a restaurant, and even sent their runner to pick up the food. Rooms were well equipped and super comfortable. Loved everything about this stay!

Have to make a short walk uphill from the taxi or car (no vehicles in the road in front of hotel). But it was minor and so worth it!

The staff members were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, kind, helpful and funny. Thank you Ferhat, Huseyin and Gurkin. We had landed early in the morning and arrived at 8 am. Our room was not ready yet, but they messaged us (I had been messaging them on booking.com prior to landing as I had some questions and they always give prompt responses!) on the app immediately once it was. They were the best hotel staff members we have had so far. Apart from offering us lots of suggestions and being patient with us, the entry host (Gurkin/Gurkln/Gurkan/Gurken we apologize as we were in a rush when we were trying to get his name) helped us with our luggage and walked us all the way to the uber pickup point which was about 5 minutes from the hotel on a bumpy road.Our room was very comfy and spacious. We had booked a room with a terrace, and chilling in the sun there was a bonus during our stay, which was during the transition from winter to spring. Besides, we couldn't have asked for a better hotel with such a great location (extremely close to a wide range of restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and tourist attraction points all in TAKSIM).Also, the kitchen equipment was very nice, so for travelers who prefer to make their own meals during their stay, this hotel is for you hahaSeriously, staying in Sentire absolutely elevated the quality of our trip and made me consider moving to Turkiye simply because of how hospitable (game-changing level!) the staff members were. Super grateful! Will recommend Sentire and the team to my friends and family without question!!!

I'm a woman, so my stay would have been better (it was already an exceptional stay, though!) if the hotel had provided hair conditioner haha.

The hotel was very clean and good. The location is right on the istiklal street (the main street). The hotel staff were very helpful.

It didnt have a direct access to the street so we had to walk five minutes to Taksim Meydan or walk down the nearest street which was difficult on my family. Also the beds were not comfortable at all they were too hard. Otherwise everything else was great and the staff are super friendly and helpful

I stayed there for 8 nights with my family, 60 years old parents and 16-22 daughtersIt was nice but if you’re travelling with a family i suggest not to stay at taxim square or istiklal1- the hotel is very clean, and they offer a daily cleaning service2- the room is beautiful and comfortable3- the location is excellent, sometimes we arrive late at night and don’t feel like driving to a restaurant, but the hotel is surrounded by many good restaurants, so we can just walk to one4- the street is lively and full of energy5- the staff are very nice and helpful, and my dad loved them

First thing the photo of the outside of the hotel isn’t accurate, the photo if of the shop beside itand the hotel is not directly on the street1- it doesn’t have a parking lot, but there is a 5 minutes walk parking lot. it wasn’t free but i don’t remember how much it was, probably about 15$ a day.2- there are sounds from the clubs at night, for me i barely heared them once, they didn’t bother me at all but if you’re sensitive to sounds then they might bother you
