Pros +
- It was close to taksim
- Nour the staff was very kind, he went above and beyond for us. In addition to another man with s beard that I don¿t recall his name. The location is great. But the quality in rooms is horrible, the rooms are falling apart. Things don¿t work properly.
- The cleanliness was good, the location over dancing clubs was not worth staying in a hotel. You would rather go to a club for the night instead.
Cons -
- It was very dark with bad lighting. It was near the mosque and club so it was very noisy at all times!
- bathroom smelt horrible, very bad foul odor, even with door closed it lingered into the room, the toilet also stopped working. The bathroom Was so small! The new room we were moved in every time we showered the bathroom floor would flood with water.
- I normally paid online, when I reached to the hotel, the front desk manager told me to pay as I was not sure. When I went back home I was surprised I did two payments from different cards. I want to claim my money back 68¿. Please.
