Friendly staffs Great location

Breakfast was confusing we asked for fried eggs we did not get. We requested green tea never arrived.

Location was great. Staff was excellent, professioanal, and exteremely helpful to accommodate the needs, and to answer questions. Minor issue about my room was immediately resolved to my satisfaction.

The lounge on 9th floor terrace. Anything we order to drink was extraordinarily expensive.

This hotel met my expectations, and the guys at the desk exceeded them. Complimentary Spring water and fruit basket in room were a lovely touch. Highly recommend it.

My only complaint is that the shuttle to the airport did not begin service until 8:30am, and had already completed its service by 11:30pm. The hotel is about a half hour from the airport and taxi rides to and from the airport were somewhat pricey.

THE FACT THAT THE STAFF WAKE YOU UP AT 7H30/8AM

-The staff, specifically Mr. Omer and Ms. Merve are super helpful and efficient. -The Location is convenient.

-The Breakfast could improve.-The room was on the 8th Floor and there was noise from the upper floor all throughout the night up to the morning.

Staff starting from the reception the bellman cleaners waiters ,.location ,breakfast.was excellent .special thanks for Mrs Merve pgel and her sraff for identifing us as old regular customers befor arrival and upgrade our reservation .

Clean, Quiet, and the staff is very helpful

They have some building around the hotels under construction make the view not the best.

I stayed at Point Hotel Taksim, but unfortunately my experience was affected by cleanliness and maintenance issues.There was trash from previous guests under the bed, and it was not cleaned during my stay. In addition, the lamp in the room was making cracking noises, which was disturbing and affected my rest.For a hotel of this level, I expected better attention to cleanliness and room conditions.

Excellent location,very helpful snd friendly staff.They complimented us with a fruits and chocolates and s bottle of wine because we were celebrating a special event. Also we arrived early do we received an early check in and complimentary breakfast. Very nice hotel, the bus that comes from the airport stops just next to the hotel do not need to worry to walk after your flight.

Comfortable beds

Terrible noise outside the hotel made it very difficult to sleep. After I made the review, the hotel asked me to take the review down. I would avoid this hotel.

The toilets are dated, drainage is not good and needs to be upgraded. The toilet has a certain annoying stink. The bed mattresses need replacing
