I really loved the location of this hotel. It was right next to all the shops and cafes I loved in this neighborhood. This was my final stay in Istanbul and it really did exceed expectations. The rooms are large and the beds are super comfortable. My favorite was the large bathtub and heated bathroom floors. It was amazing. The concierge was very helpful & always greeted me at the door. Overall I would recommend staying here, the staff is kind and efficient, the location is very good, and the amenities were all sufficient for solo travelers or groups.

The only "complaint" I have is thay the rooms do not have a phone so you do need whatsapp to contact them if you need anything brought up. But this wasn't a major issue, just something to be aware of.

Staff is great. Location is cool, if you like the district you will like the hotel. ferry port is near, bus station is near, a lot of cafes and restaurants around. The room is great for such small hotels. Breakfast is standard. So hotel is totally worth the money.

to have 1 warm blanket would be good) in hot weather to sleep with air conditioner is awesome, but warm blanket would be great

Location, Great Staff and very clean.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect— easy to explore all the main attractions. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests and provide great recommendations. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and I truly enjoyed my experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Nothing to complain

I really appreciated the staff's willingness to help out and rectify any issues that might have occurred during the stay. The response was very prompt and professional. The hotel was clean, and the location is even better than downtown Istanbul (sultanahmet). Would definitely recommend to anyone else visiting.

The property location was excellent it was very close from restaurants ,sweet shops , Mado and mini markets plus it was very close to the main street and bus stations although it was located in a quiet street.The design ,the decoration and the atmosphere of the hotel is very nice and comfortable .very classy and clean. The AC was working very well , the water power was excellent, the bed and pillows were comfortable

I have booked through booking.com 3 rooms they have charged my card for 1 room and the other 2 rooms no although there was no issue with my credit card , i called them and told them to keep my booking and when i come to the hotel ill pay there and they said no issue, next day i have received an email that my 2 rooms booking has been cancelled i recalled them and told them why did you cancel my booking they said we have to cancel they booked again the same 2 rooms with higher rate which was not fair and correct.There should be more lights in the rooms as its soo dark and the faulty ones should be changed There was no trash bin in the room which was so strangeOne more thing to add the breakfast time is from 8-10 am only 2 hours and the bread was already finished at 9:15 am

I had some trouble with the heat in the room. They changed my room and gave an upgrade eventually because they didn't have the same grade of room available.

The rooms were beautifully furnished but small. Difficult to open luggage and move around.

Great location, close to the bazaar where you can try local food, drinks. The hotel is clean, the staff is helpful and available.

Additionally, the hotel's location near the center of Kadıköy proved highly advantageous, with ferry and metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. Staff had a communication problem. Little English and hard to communicate. Facilities for payment didn't work. Waited too long to get connection

Location and general cleanness, and the fact that they were flexible to change what was wrong, although it was after a loooooooooong frustrating conversation.

The facilities were not as listed on your website.One of the biggest problems was that the staff didn't talk in English and they used google translate which was frustrating especially in conflicts. And the price was too high.

Friendly and courteous staff. Great location within walking distance to ferry and bus station, markets, ATMs, restaurants, coffee and pastry shops.

WiFi is weak.

From the moment I arrived, the reception staff - Miraziz, Özhan, and Mert - were incredibly attentive and helpful, covering 24-hour shifts to ensure I felt at home and easily navigated the city. Each one went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.The breakfast experience was equally delightful. The breakfast lady was welcoming and sweet, with a versatile and delicious spread each morning, including her homemade soups - a perfect start to my days! Housekeeping also did a fantastic job, keeping my room spotless, and I loved the fresh scent of the towels and bedsheets.I also had the privilege of meeting the owner, who greeted me with a warm, genuine smile. My five days flew by thanks to the comfort and warmth of this lovely bunch - they felt like a new family. Life Hotel truly lives up to its name, making life so much brighter. Highly recommended!

It was really clean with super delicious Turkish breakfast,I really like this hotel with positive vibes and kind and helpful staff.Location is fantastic,I should mention Lady Zoleikha that she is very kind and she preparing the perfect breakfast

Breakfast was pleasant. The staff at breakfast were nice. The location was good in that the ferry was close by.

Gentleman on front desk unfriendly. Our first impression. When we first arrived he was impatient as we were trying to sort out how to pay in Euros and he just kept on saying "how are you going to pay" repeatedly. We had just got off the plane from Australia and a few minutes of patience was all that was needed.He put us in rooms that did not look like what I had booked. When questioned he was defensive and stated nothing else was available now (we were not sure if now he had put us in dud rooms he could not change us, or that other guests had those rooms). Our whole time there we felt we were an inconvenience and we all wondered if you did not like people, why would you have a job in a hotel that caters for tourists? We are a friendly respectful family and his behaviour was puzzling. It also rubbed off on some of the other staff which was a shame. Wifi was weak in most rooms.
