- A friend came to visit me. He came up to my room & was using the bathroom. Staff called and said "Put your friend on phone." I said "He is using the bathroom please call back in 5 minutes." They came to door & screamed & kicked my guest out. Disgusting!

Yes, 1.The suite room does not have a sofa-bed as described, and no safe-box 2. I reserved 2 suites but when arrived, only one was available! 3. The hotel gave me 2 standard rooms in different floors and imagine how it was very difficult for my little.

The hotel was sold to us as a 5 star, the owner insisted it was really 3 star, and in our opinion it is fast descending into 1 star. Overall not a good experience :(

Room wasn't very clean and big. Bathroom had a glass door which made the stay uncomfortable. Also the breakfast was the same everyday and didn't have much to choose.

We visited this hotel for 7th time and everything was very good as always and most importantly, they keep improving with each visit.It is located in the city center, where all kinds of transportation are available, making it easy to reach any place you need to go.I would like to thank all the reception staff who work 24/7.They are very kind and helpful in every situation.My special thanks to Mr. Ferdi, who is always ready to help.Everything in this hotel is very clean. The hotel is cleaned every day, and thanks to the high level of cleanliness, everything looks bright and fresh.I would also like to personally thank Mrs. Saniye and Mrs. Ülkü.Thanks to their hard work, our room was always clean and bright.The breakfast was awesome, with a wide variety of foods, and I sincerely thank all the staff.I highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel, as anyone who does will definitely be satisfied
They have turned the AC off during the day. I returned from the work to rest and couldn’t sleep because of the heat.The breakfast is very limited.There was no place in the bathroom to attach the towels.And the room was too small for 2 persons.
Everything about this hotel is nice. Its a family friendly hotel with the most amazing staff that treat you in a professional yet very friendly and respectful manner. The staff is very helpful and will go full length to keep you satisfied and make sure you have everything you need. This is my third time staying at this hotel and every time i come back to Istanbul Im definitely coming back to Ferman Hilal. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Cleanliness is 10/10
It's just a few minutes away from Taksim Square.Coffee machine is available in the lobby.Helpful stuff.Nice breakfast but same every day.
Breakfast same every day.So noisy at night from the road and shops nearby.Air construction wasn't working for 2 nights so can't sleep well from hot weather without any solotion. Beds weth are to small for one person.Lift so slow
