Helpful staff

Terribly over-used mattress, uncomfortable pillows, cheap toiletry, lots of guests with bandage on their faces and heads made me think I'm in a hospital cafeteria, small bathrooms made it hard to move around, spa prices are unreasonably high, ....

Staff is nice and helpful. Location is in a non tourist area and transportation from and to the hotel was a bit challenging as public transportation is so crowded. I would come again if it is in a different area.

Staff at the front desk are trying to charge me for mini bar we never used. Also they are trying to overcharge for everything even a water bottle.

Rooms were spacious and bed was large.

Hotel wanted to charge 20 liras to bring plate; told me food from outside was not allowed. Housekeeper had attitude, didn¿t clean room well, and didn¿t provide enough toilet paper. Bellman didn¿t show up to help with luggage. Hotel taxi was too expensive.

Bar staff were very friendly and polite.

They charge extra for breakfast

Great place, great price and above all the best staff. From the Manager  you rock!) to the reception staff to room service. Top notch! I will be back again to stay. Note: If you see my review, just book a room, you will thank me later :)

Room to noisy , the party hall is above the room . No one informed us when we checked in . Breakfast okay ,because of Erkan , he is taking each Customer very serious , Amazing Guy , thank you Erkan . Thanks also going to the customer service guy and to Azem as well .

The noisy room and the Taxi Driver Cheated us 2000 instead of fixed price to the airport . The hotel told me 1700 Lira .In addition he was driving like crazy in a rainy weather

Very nice & friendly stuff. Got room upgrade for free.Cleaning every day! There is nice pool and gym with sauna which was pretty good. Breakfast is good, plenty of choice.Underground parking always with enough space.Shopping mall nearby.

Location is nice. Near to a mall. They upgraded us to a bigger room. Staff were very friendly.

Everything was perfect as usual ! The staff is polite and helpful , the room was cool and comfortable. Everything is provided to offer the guests anything they need to relax and feel at home . I recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

We have always been warmly welcomed as if we were members of the Ramada family - smooth early check-in.The room was large, modern and spotlessly clean. The bed and the 4 pillows were very comfortable .Water, a boiling kettle, tea, coffee, sugar were provided.I was very pleased to find an ironing board and iron.The bathroom is large and there is everything you need.When we came back in the evening , we could enjoy TV programs in many different languages.The room was cleaned every day.All the staff is polite but I am very grateful to Mehmet ( Z) who is very careful and ready to help any time we need. Any time I come to Istanbul I stay at Ramada Merter, although there is a large offer of hotels in Istanbul.The location just steps from the tram stop, mall, Metro is very convenient.

The hotel was very pleasant to stay at,the room was spacious and very comfortable. Everything was clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially Amin at the reception

The room was spacious, fitness was very good, pool was warm enough.

Breakfast was not rich enough and poor quality.

Staff v friendly and helpful. Allowed us into room very early as our flight arrived early in morning.

Bit of road noise

I liked the rooms are quite big and very spacious as the bathrooms as well , love the location

I did not like how I was there for 4 nights and the cleaners never changed my bedding or hoovred my room or cleaned the bathroom the shower was very dirty so was the sink

I have reserved the hotel with SPA and swimming pool. Both were closed. Every day i was told "tomorrow". Is it possible to get any compensation from you or from the hotel ?

The size of the room - they update my reservation to suite. It was really big room. Nice reception and lobby. It was clean. The bed was really comfortable. Free parking kn the street and private.

Kind of noisy on the street site where i was. Pool and spa was bit working due to renovation.
