High price despite Noisy and dirty neighborhoods

Yes we paid for food that was brought to our room everytime it was brought to our room and at checking out we did not owe any money to me they were trying to get over on us plus we tipped them very well-

Worst hotel I ever seen

Its clean calm and location is great near the metro station

The price of laundry is a bit high

- if you have a car, great location to move- breakfast- rooms big enough

- the fitness facilities were unavailable. they told us that it is being renovated and would be unavailable next 4 months.- I’ve stayed in the hotel few years ago and it had changed since then. It wasn’t as clean as before and it had some issues with the toilet, not enough water pressure, the water would flow out of the cabin too

Staff, location, cleanliness

This property is located in industrial area, good for travellers who have customers in Bayrampaşa but still it is advised to stay in better neighbourhood as this location is really terrible.

I stayed here for 4 nights and almost each day I reported to the hotel reception that bathroom taps aren’t able to give normal water, only hot boiling water kept coming for 4 days, till the Time I checked out they didn’t fixed it due to no staff and available resources, I reported thrice to them for looking into it but they attended well by saying we will take care next time. This is the most horrible property to stay, I have been travelling to istanbul since 10 years and never faced such problem.

the breakfast, room

the cleaning is done by foreign employees who do not speak Turkish, for local guest it is difficult to communicate. The first day the rooms were not clean at all. Staff at reception said that there is free water and coffee in room for each day, but it come out that you get nothing.I reserved two rooms through Booking.com - 2 rooms with breakfast for two days. When we went for breakfast the lady said that the second room does not have breakfast included and we paid extra for it.

Very convenient location if you come by car and don't want to drive around the city traffic. Enough parking space. Easy access from highway. Metro station nearby with lots of connections. Everything is as described - real 4 star hotel. Clean, neat, good food, friendly personell. Mr. Ramazan and all the front desk staff were very helpful with all our additional requests. It feels like they really care about their guests.

The rooms facing the highway are little bit noisy but the trains stop before midnight anyway and it is not a big deal. The view is better from this side, however. If you are a lite sleeper, you can pre-order a room facing the other direction. It is much quieter. Checked and confirmed.

I was at the last floor at 12 and you can easily open the window which is really large and offers a high risk for anybody to fall off.

They called and asked the hotel staff to put her at the reception. when they came for the hotel's cap, they said they didn't find it. I went to check myself and how to put on a sun lounger and put it. the worst hotel I have ever been.

To be honest, nothing. In the pictures it is different.

To be honest, nothing. It is different in the pictures. Dirty room causing a feeling of disgust. .The dishes are all stained. At night, the TV turned on by itself at full volume. Turned off the light 2 times in 10 hours of our stay. And the worst thing is that the pillows are so uncomfortable that it is impossible to sleep on them.

Staff were super helpful, friendly and polite. Room are cleaned regularly. Breakfast is good. It is what you would expect from a four star hotel. We had a good time, thank you!

Generally everything good. Our curtain was broken but the staff tried their best to fix it.
