The staff is very kind and always available to help and solve problems, specially Mohammad and Mehmet.

A little small for a family of 4, the refrigerator in the room did not work and we had a little problem with the shower.

The location is good. The personnel has good intentions to help, although they did not in all instances.

The photos in Booking were not truthful. The room was small for 3 persons, the furniture was old. Communication with the personnel was difficult as their English is poor. Too expensive for what it's being offered. We missed a towel (maybe mistaken for a hotel's towel) and a plastic bag with dirty laundry (maybe mistaken for rubbish ¿?) and we never got to know what happened with our things.

unfortunately, we were not able to use the breakfast we paid for as the elevator does not reach to the floor where breakfast is served and we can’t use stairs due to health reasons!

The young man who checked my siblings and me in and out was super helpful. The location was perfect as it's in the old city, I didn't mind that it was on the road with the trams but my siblings did. The room was a good size for the three of us, breakfast was also included which was great.

We got put into a very small room when we first arrived as apparently they were fully booked at that moment even though I had already pre-paid for everything.

Only location is good about this place.

Luxury - they've never heard about sth like this. Old, in bad quality overused rooms waiting probably for years for general renovation.

Location, perfect. Room size: small for 4 bed, fair for double. Reception & staff, friendly, gently.

Cleaning team: very bad & not cleaning well. Breakfast: poor.

the staff is amazing Aydin and muhamet,location is perfect near tramvay station ,the staff is very friendly and helpful ,and there are many palestanian clients as well , and the hotel environment is very safe.

our ac wasn’t working for a couple of days which is horrible with kids and the height of summer. it was fixed as soon as they found an engineer though. they also helped with a smaller air cooler.

The only pro of this place is location and friendly receptionists.

We got room on the 1st floor, with a lowered ceiling. No promised safe box, internet was hardly working. Mold in the shower, furniture in need of replacement (falling apart), food scraps from previous guests under the cupboard. The breakfast is very modest and the products are poor quality. Juice diluted with water. Such a pitty because it could be a great place with this location.

The location is great.

The room was extremely small. we were 4 person. Not possible to move between the beds.

The personnel is very polite and helpful. Good breakfast on the rooftop. Good view from the rooftop. Good location. Very close to Topkapi, Ayasafia.
