Convenient location, excellent breakfast, very helpful staff, clean rooms.

Street parking if you come with your vehicle. We were able to find a spot though in front of the hotel.

Everything was just as I expected – great location and responsive staff. I especially want to thank Bahar for the help during check-out.

The room was as described. The breakfast arrangement was efficient and excellent hospitality by Elif hanım, she took special care and support for guests. The reception and housekeeping employees were also very supportive and kind.

Pricing could be more economical considering the distance from city center.

The location fully met my expectations and made it easy to get around. The room was clean, tidy, and well maintained, which is the most important thing for me when choosing a place to stay. Check-in and the overall process were simple and smooth.

I mostly used the place just to sleep, so I didn’t interact much with the property beyond the room. There isn’t much to do or use on site, so it feels more like a base than a place you spend time in.

The personnel is caring and really wanted to make my stay comfortable. I spent 4 nights at the hotel and was well taken care of.

It's a nice hotel with very friendly staff in my experience. I got a free room upgrade when I came there and some fruits. The rooms are nice and tidy. A highlight was getting an authentic turkish coffee after lunch with Bahar (receptionist that works there) and a delightful chat.

Even though the room was very nice I had a few issues with my shower head, and my bathroom door handle.

The Gate in Atasehir is my top option when I'm travelling for work. The rooms are specious, clean, room service is great. The stuff is always helpful and nice! The location works great for me since I need to be around Atasehir. I highly recommend this facility.

The hotel has good position only for Ulker Arena games. It's too far from downtown.

Everythink was very good. I think it should have had a better lower price to be value for money. I will stay at the hotel to the next game, but I would like to have better price per night

The staff was verry kind , big rooms, clean and excellent location. Two or three car place infront of hotel, on the road.

Staff were friendly and helpful especially Saliha who helped me get to the nearby stores and restaurants.The room was clean and comfortable.If you are a Fenerbahce fan you would love staying there as it is 5 minutes walk away from the Ulker arena.Cafés and restaurants are available nearby.

It would have been nice if there was a shampoo.

Really nice people at the reception - Saliha and Ilkay. Anything we needed, they gladly help us.

The hotel is nice and cozy. All the staffs at reception are welcoming, always in smile and helpful. Mr. Ilkay was excellent and supported to make my stay as comfortable as possible. At pretty center place with public transport options near by. Lot of food options within 5 minutes and Large shopping complex is just 15 minutes walk.

There was no hanger at the wardrobe. Probably mistake.

Great staff, nice interiors. Clean 9 out of 10, rooms are cleaned daily and towels are changed. Soundproofing is good. Didn't try the breakfast. Will come again.

clean presentation, daily cleaning and sheet/toiletries changes, hotel receptionist helpful and good in english, breakfast was of wide variety: dairy, vegetables, some meat, bakery, however, no whole-plate turkish meals were offered only buffet mediterranean style breakfast

apartment barely had any natural light, was located right next to hotel lobby with no sound insulation from people talking in hallway. shower switch broken, water basin leaking water underneath, toilet light cannot be turned off, apartment key card needs to be fixed by staff every day for it to work otherwise you can't go in

There is a door in each room opening to the next door which is kept locked, but you can here everything from the next room through that doors. I could here everything clearly such as snoring, talks, TV noise and so on.

Noisy rooms. The hotel is noisy after 9pm. I had to call the reception every night for another noise complain and the reception was not keen to help and resolve the issue.
