Istanbul Central Hotel

Good and quite location with friendly staff. Breakfast is okay, that is served in the rooftop with a view to the city.

The hotel was near the center, it was really is to get there. The room was very clean and useful, it has mirrors, really enough to get ready. And not to forget about the climate, everything worked perfectly.Breakfast also was really good, and the staff was kind.

Location is excellent, really central and close to everything we wanted to visit. Breakfast is very good and a beautiful roof-top view of the city in the morning is such a bonus. Complementary tea and coffee was not expected but was appreciated very much. The staff are all very helpful and kind and would do everyrhing they can for you.

The bar seemed well stocked-up but was not open which was a shame.

Location and the staff

Needs work and improvement especially the beds uncomfortable

Really good location - close links to public transport to get you from airport & to wherever you want to go. Walking distance to Sultanahmet and Grand Bazaar. Staff were friendly and helpful - thanks for finding our fire stick!!

Only one iron which is accessible from reception & may be being used by others when you need it.

Close enough to the centre

Very old, they were drilling till 11 pm at night. The room looked someone else was on the bed before I went in. Rather a rolling tower on top of the bed.Air conditioning wasn’t really working. Breakfast was dole.

It was a great stay. The location is perfect. Everyone was very nice, special thank you to Gokay for helping us with our reservation. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to our family and friends.

Very friendly staff

Breakfast was very poor and all 3 days was same.

It's location.every important sites are on walkable distance.very good restaurants are near by.metro and tram station 5 minutes away.Instant hot water in bathroom available.

Breakfast is average. No tea, coffee cattle in room.if they help for giving understanding metro, tram and Istanbul card is Worthy. After 10 am street is close for taxi.so you pull your laggage about 100 feet.

I asked a water bottle at 11pm and they were not able to provide me a simple bottle of water in a 4 star hotel and told me to go to bar, i went there and it was closed.

The hotel is very nicely located and close to Ernest attractions of Sultanahmet area. Breakfast is decent, there is an elevator and lovely hosts ?

The location of this hotel was great and close to sirkeci, eminonu, sultanahmet area and the egyptian bazar. The guys at the reception were helpful and always available

- The cleaning is only done to a bare minumum level, despite the cleaning lady passing everyday she leaves so many places dusty and not clean.- The woman responsible for the breakfast and the cafeteria had a very unwelcoming behavior, many of the dishes were empty and drinking cups were unavailable and yet she was having breakfast and having whatsapp videos like no one exists on the room. I tolerated all the other downsides of this hotel but this lady had insufferable behavior. She should really reconsider her behavior, I might even advice the hotel owner to replace her with a more welcoming and warmer staff. - The equipment was very old and dirty especially the mini fridges, a person that stayed with us had her bed broken, but they were kind enough to move her to a new room.- There were bed bugs, spiders and geckos on the room.

Eccellent location, safe and quiet neighboorhood.Tasty food and nice rooms.Helpful staff.

The room was spacious, had good lighting which is amazing and the room was recently painted. The location is great. In close proximity to main attractions. Wifi was fast

My bathroom ceiling had black mold which was not pleasing to the eye. I wish the staff could speak English a little bit, because there was a communication barrier

The location is very close to attractions and staff are very friendly

The rooms are very narrow and breakfast area is very narrow as well and smelly with limited food variety

On arrival provided with a city map and locations of everything explainedMattress what thick and comfy

I was very happy with my stay no complaints

location: very close to Sirkeci by walking, close to caffe bar restaurants. walking 10min and arriving to other side - SultanAhmet.room: clean, comfort, good/fast wifi.staff: very friendly and helping with everything

the only thing i can say is that i took a room with no windows- economy room

Perfect was just the location

The room did not match the photos. Stuff at lobby very unpleasant. Breakfast same at every morning. The bedding in the room was torn. Shower like box. You can't sleep by opening window, because of sound. From two beds made one, but they always moving. Cups are broken. When someone pass in hall you can easily hear it.

Staff friendly

Breakfast to less food offer...each day same

Excellent location. Very attentive personnel always willing to help, the owner speaks several languages including Russian. Very tasty rich Turkish breakfast on the top floor with a magnificent view from the terrace.
