Radisson Blu Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul

I paid for premium room with partial view of river. The room was not even standard room with absolutely no view. The front dest was agree that this is not premium room and has no view. He said this is not first time that this issue is happening.

the romm was way too small, we were booked a king size bed however they gave us a queen in fact we left the hotel without staying 2 full nights we departed the hotel around 4 pm on saturday instead of checking out on sunday

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Bosphorus Hotel, and our experience was made truly unforgettable thanks to Mr Oguz at the reception.He went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful. The atmosphere of the hotel is lovely, the Bosphorus views are stunning, and the overall service was excellent.

I would like to highlight Mohammed at the reception – he was extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. His attention to detail and friendly approach made me feel valued as a guest. Honestly, he is the best receptionist I’ve met, and he went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. Thanks to him, I even received an upgrade which made my experience even more enjoyable.Also, I would like to compliment Ms. Aida, who was always kind, attentive, and professional. Her warm smile and excellent service added a personal touch to my stay, and I truly appreciated her effort to make everything smooth and pleasant.Overall, the staff here are outstanding, especially Mohammed and Aida. They both deserve to be recognized for their exceptional service.

There are no lights, and it is very small. The shower area smells very bad.

The hotel was overall good, but I don’t believe it meets the usual standard of the Radisson Blu chain. To be clear, I didn’t like the furniture; it felt somewhat old and not particularly attractive.The view, however, was amazing. The location is fantastic, and the staff are very good. One thoughtful touch I really appreciated was that even when I kept the “Do Not Disturb” sign on and didn’t request housekeeping, they still left two bottles of water outside my room every day.

The room was a suite but we did not get the one I expected from the online pictures. The location was great for one reason only - it was very close to the Bosphorus Bridge and actually on the Bosphorus Strait.

The room (suite) had a few flaws. The carpet in the hallway leading to the suite was very dirty to the point of needing replacement. There was a distinct mildew odor in the bathroom and visible mold. Additionally, there was a nightclub located just below the hotel that had music blaring from 10:00 pm to 4:00 am. Definitely not easy for those who want a really good night's sleep to be able to enjoy touring the next day.

Exceptional location and very good facilities of main building. Spacious room at annex building, clean bedsheets and towels.

Annex building was not so great little more aged than the main building. Also while the main building was smelling amazingly, the Annex building had a very bad smell from the entrance to the elevator to the 3rd floor. In addition after ordering room service the 1st day, the unwashed dishes and tray remained in the kitchenette sink for 2 days...then they removed them but tgey didnt clean the sink which was sticky with leftovers of greaze. Also outside the rooms of 3rd floor there were 2 dirty cups laying on the stairs for 2 days...

My Hotel Review:The hotel is located in a strategic area that connects several upscale and local neighborhoods, offering a beautiful view of the Bosphorus Bay and the bridge. The staff are exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help.Regarding safety, I would like to share a personal experience that reflects their honesty and integrity. I accidentally left my bag in the hotel’s backyard — it contained all my documents, money, and my wife’s gold. After more than an hour, one of the hotel staff brought it back to me with everything intact. I truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism.There are a few minor notes related to the age of the hotel — you can hear some street noise during weekends, and some beds could use replacement as the mattresses are a bit old, though still clean and well-kept.Overall, it’s an excellent hotel with a great location and outstanding staff service. Highly recommended!

For the name of the chain, I was expecting more professional staff, better rooms, better facilities but no , it was less than normal.Not worth the money. I reached and they gave me a small room not considering that I paid extra for the room. At reception area they were not helpful except Ms. Nazar, she sorted out the issue I had.Hotel is poor, food in the restaurant was so bad.

Staff were rude, unwelcoming, unprofessional and treated customers with a conveyor belt system. I would not recommend. No earthquake protocol.

Bad experience, unfriendly reception.We asked for twin beds and he confirmed the availability, unfortunately when we entered the rooms, it was all king beds, uncleaned rooms, the hair was on the bed and the bathroom as well before using, the towel smells very bad.The noise was very loud all over the night, the window was very light, we coundn’t sleep well during the stay.

The location was very good.

The building is very old, and I think the rooms need renovation. They also have a terrace (I forgot the name), but it was closed. We asked them to open it just to take a picture with the view, but they told us it’s only used for meetings. That was one of the things we didn’t like.Also, when we went to the terrace cafe and asked for a reservation near the sea view, one of the staff members told us that the table was always reserved for two guests only everyday. However, when we asked another staff member afterward, they said it was okay and allowed us to sit there.

The staff supervidor was very unhelpful and he mixed up the rooms with our friends, he gave them the bigger room although I'm a premium member in Radisson hotels so basically it is useless to be a premium member as they always say there is no possible upgrade and no benifits at all as they always have an excuse not to help you.

The sheets and towels were black no cleaness at all, I went to many countries around the world and this is my worst experience ever all because of the behavior of the supervisor who was distracted at the check in time and never helped us, he dealt so mean and I think he gave orders to his staff to deal the same with us. I sent a message to the management and no one responded.

The reception and staff was quite friendly and helpful. Great location and view of Bosphorus!
