The location was not ideal, but Istanbul has very good public transportation.

Hotel was good. Staff at front desk was extremely helpful and great. Other staff I met during my 4 night stay was not smiling or empathetic towards guest. Rashid was fabulous. He was in evening shift and I always went to him for any help and he was great

sheets were Extremely rough and uncomfortable! Frequent emergency evacuation madness late night (3am-4am) due to broken alarms. location sucked and very Uber and taxI refused to take me due to traffic. Elevator takes 20 mins. Bad experience. Nice staff

It's pretty clean

It's definitely not a Five Star hotel. It's equal to either 2 or 3 star American Standard.

Breakfast was okay, but when i found delicious salad or food and eat them a bit more, they stopped making those delicious foods or salads until we go back home.

The staffs are not good enough to understand english and treat customers differently. While we were waiting for the elevator, the employee who was carrying an important customer immediately pushed us away haha. Some of the facilities like wardrobe were little bit broken and tore apart. Also the pool were supposed to be closed by 21:00, they turned of lights and kicked us out of pool by 20:40. The location was in the industrial zone, there is nothing to see, and with a lot of large machinery going around the street. Also the restaurant floor was very sticky all the time, I had to clean my shoes every time after go restaurant.

The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The swimmer pool is good and clean. The staff arranged for taxi and airport shuttle.

Limited variety in breakfast opinion particularly in vegetable.

I had a wonderful stay at the Golden Tulip Istanbul Bayrampaşa. The staff was incredibly attentive from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Nilay, the guest relations representative, who was truly exceptional. She constantly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.The room and amenities were excellent..clean, comfortable, & spacious. The gym was bigger & better than expected, with everything you need for a proper workout. The breakfast was delicious.We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary plate of fresh fruits & nuts sent to our room..such a thoughtful touch. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul, & I would definitely stay here again.

The hospitality was amazing from start to finish. My flight was scheduled to arrive at 2AM and they still made arrangements to make sure I had a driver upon arrival. And I thought that would be the most grace they’d give me only to be taken by surprise when they decided to put me in my room once I got to the hotel instead of having me wait in the lobby till daylight! The room was very comfy, bathroom was very clean & the room service was excellent. Will be staying again

I am very satisfied with the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and polite. I would especially like to highlight Nilay from the Guest Relations service. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience, the hotel is comfortable and its location is convenient. We faced a problem with the room service staff as they were stingy in supplying the rooms with drinking water bottles, as they only put two bottles even though the room accommodates two people and the system is two bottles per person per day. Unfortunately, the problem was repeated and it was solved by the wonderful relations Mr. Nilay The breakfast is very good, the reception, special thanks to all the reception staff , restaurant staff and special thanks to Mr. Nilay

I booked an Executive Queen Room, but upon arrival I was given a Superior Room, which is cheaper and smaller. I was told there were no available rooms even though my booking was confirmed and fully paid 20 days in advance. I also contacted Booking.com but did not receive any reply. This was very disappointing and unprofessional.

Nice stuff, good breakfast,cleaning every day , like 30 mins away from Grand bazar with a local taxi

When we booked they said the swimming pool closed just Thursday for maintenance, but was CLOSED 4 days since we arrived at the hotel , i have to go with my son in a different place to pay 2000 TRY for swimming pool, and i didn't like the way how they told us ,
