Fairmont Quasar Istanbul

Beautifully designed hotel outside of the hustle and bustle of the city. Rooms were immaculate and really loved the heated floors in the bathroom. The staff was also amazing in every which way.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel. It met all my needs for my stay. I would stay there again.

Excellent, clean, comfortable, great food and great staff

Entrance bit strange.

Clean modern and very safe

The location is a bit far from the downtown and other attractions yet it’s good to explore the other side of Istanbul

Great hotel, excellent customer service, luxurious, helpful and courteous staff. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of food selection. The fresh juices are amazing, and the breakfast staff are great.

Area around it is not very walkable

It’s a great hotel with excellent service and Annette’s. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The breakfast is delicious with a very wide variety of food, fruits and sweets. The rooms are very spacious, and the bathroom has a shower and Turkish bath.It’s close to Zorlu center, which offers high end luxurious international designer clothes.

The only drawback is that it’s hard to walk in the surrounding area. The closest main Street is congested.

Where do I even start? The staff immediately were exceptional. The moment we stepped foot into the property it felt elevated and impeccable customer service. Our favorite friend is Ilayda! Our concierge. She honestly made our stay perfect. There were no questions left unanswered, or request made unmet. We ate at the best restaurants (I think about this all the time), danced at the best clubs w/ her connections (I also think about this a lot) and she had us shopping at the best areas! I cannot recommend Ilayda enough! She would answer us off the clock! Who does that? No one. I miss Istanbul and we miss Ilayda. As for the facility itself? Nothing less than amazing. From the outdoor pool to the stone beds, the indoor pool, spa... gym ... everything was exceptional. We stayed on the 30th floor and had almost panoramic view of the city. Fairmont bedding and decor is always immaculate. As for the breakfast? We set a timer just to go eat even though we would get any sleep. The Fairmont experience was top tier. I believe I even recommended the stay even while I was in Istanbul (before even writing this review).

Traffic. The location of this area has to be the most horrific traffic I've ever experienced in my life. I am from Los Angeles, California. With that said, I would avoid going out at all some nights because of the traffic. So, the location is not ideal as nothing is really within walking distance.

The hotel building is modern and impressive, everything was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The property was beautiful and so was the staff, particularly Ethem who was very helpful throughout the stay.By far the best fairmont I stayed at.

Strange hotel policy … if true!

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past couple of years. But in the recent reservation, I booked a room for my Fiancé as part of her connection flight to the United States. Unfortunately, at the time of check-in, the front desk demanded to see the physical card which was used for the room reservation (even though the fee was paid in full as part of the reservation/confirmation).Since, my fiancé did not have my physical card, she was forced to pay in cash in order to stay there for one night. The front desk stated that it’s the policy!! I find it very strange that a pre-paid reservation which has the guest name on it, is not recognized by the this hotel. It’s very unfortunate b/c of this policy!! Extremely unhappy !!

The front desk staff are good and responsive. The house keeping people are not. The house keeping staff turn off the A/C after cleaning while the temperature is high (in summer) and they did not stop turning the A/C off despite the guest comments and requests.Also, during the check-in the front desk staff could not charge the amount in one shot because their POS machines have a limit. I had to change the amount over 8 different sessions to complete.

The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms and the showers were great. The variety of the food in the restaurant at breakfast was great.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I’d definitely stay here again!

The bed matters was a bit too fluffy for our taste, but everything else extremely comfortable
