Dedeman Bostanci Istanbul Hotel & Convention Center

Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet good.

Location was among auto dealerships and repair shops. Restaurants and markets were rather far away.

The facility, the room, the furniture and decoration, the sophisticated style with classic touch.

The AC in the room was not working, which is unacceptable and the staff who tries to fool, making up excuses. It’s simply not up to the level and price of the hotel.

Clea and peace full environment

In the room tv should be updated one to watch as per our language along free Netflix and YouTube etc. Current one is only native language no other languages channel were available.

First of all the its important to note that the sea view is not the bes. You can see it but its miles away but you can see the princess island again miles away. The staff are very friendly and helpful but communication is an issue as normally there is only one person on a shift whoc an speak English. Ordering from the room service is very challenging due to the language barrier but syaing that the staff are very good once you get your message accross. The rooms we ere given were not what we belive we paid for and after complaniing they changed one fot he rooms to a better room but that wa safter one night stay. The hotel is very clean and breakfast is really nice. The hotel is very far from centre or main atratcions and the traffice normally going into town is bad so it generally takes about 40-50mins to go into the centre from the hotel and the taxis ar enot Cheap unless you get an Uber.

Good atmosphere and clean

Very far from downtown and poor facilities around.

Location

I called twice and told that we need 2 seperate beds and 1 seperate bed extra for 3 person. They said ok. But the room was not ready and they gave us 1 king bed and 1 sofa

Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable hotel. Excellent breakfast menu items (hot & cold)

Not many choices of shops/restaurants/supermarkets in the vicinity, but no major issues.

The breakfast was awesome and variety of options, very organised .All staff members were friendly and polite.

More options for restaurants and take way foods ,More reasonable prices for laundry.

The Breakfast was delicious and well thought of food preparation. It was quality food -cheese was delicious, omelette and sausages. In short ,it was not commercialised .You can tell they invested so much on breakfast budget .Superb food !

the room too hot for tourists who are used to cold temperature .The room temp was set to 20 but felt very hot as it was not working .We close window it was very very hot .So we ended up opening wi dies with NO AIRCON at all .Staff came to check but still it wasn’t working .Reception always busy esp at night -no one was answering the calls.Very few speak good English .which can be a problem. -language barrier .Difficult to get our message across .Not all staff were helpful.Only 2 or 3 were attentive to guests.EYUB —was fantastic and helpful.

House keeping Mrs. Serpil was so friendly and ready to help with any issue . thanks alot. Room service was really fast within 3 minutes they bring it to ylur room.

I asked for Gordons gin but from the taste Im sure it was Gilbays . I did not drink it ofcourse and taste it next day again with a fresh mouth just to be sure , again no change Im sure it was not Gordons...

Very helpful because I became late arrival ..Ehab was fabulous. Room was spacious, comfortable and had a lovely bed. Bathroom was also clean and modern.

Very clean, nice fresh smell of the room. Staff were very helpful and smiling. Food was nice. No fault

Location was not optimal for my needs

CleanGood Staff Delicious food

Room was not brand brand new in terms of design, but clean and cozzy. Breakfast was good in my oppinion, good choice of fresh food (just missed bakhlava in the morning :) ). As to location, may be not the best if you want to visit historical places, but since I came there for work and office of our partners was just near, it was very convinient for me to stay in the hotel. If I come next time to meet our business Partners, for sure will book this hotel again. Also, I really want to thank Hotel Team, all of them were very hospitale and helpflull!

Nothing to complain...

Convenient location to the offices.

The air-conditioning did not operate. It was only heating and with 25*C it is impossible to sleep.

Good location. Quiet nice

They made a mess of the parking costs.

The breakfast is good, and the hotel is a 10-minute walk from the metro station.

The mattresses are outdated and therefore uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, the hotel is located near a busy highway and an industrial area. Our room was on one of the top floors, but even so, we were woken up by the sounds of cars, sirens, and more. No peace at all. Furthermore, the hotel rooms do not have air conditioning, making it far too warm to sleep. The staff said they couldn’t do anything about it.

The staff was amazing, never have i experienced such great services, the location was also great, close to everything and i could request a taxi at the front desk which arrived very fast. The rooms were great, very spacious and warm. Great stay, thank you Dedemand Hotel & Staff!

This hotel was beyond my expectations. Staff was professional and respective. The room and other amenities were splendid. There was nothing as negative. Overall worth to stay and enjoy Istanbul from this hotel.

Parking fee was not clear on the booking. For every in-out, the 3rd party company is asking standard fee which was not that high but paying for each in and out in a single day is not a good business style for a firm. Needs to be better than this.Exit from parking to a industrial site also a negative to especially a tourist.
