Hotel Bulvar Palas

Ibrahim at the front desk was very accommodating. Walid also was very helpful. Nur Al-Din provided exceptional service. We lost a phone in a taxi (which we had picked up from the street). He spent the time tracking down the driver and got the phone back.

Clean, in a good location and easy to reach

Bath room: no proper privacy

Good Location, Elevator, Clean, Newly renovated, safe, quiet

staff are not so friendly, breakfast monotone, not very tasty (pastry was hard)

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of the room. Hotel is near most of the Fatih touristic attractions.

The rooms neat n nice size. Breakfast could be better as it's the same menu everyday

The location was perfect, close to everything, and the metro is 500m away which made it easy to move around Istanbul. There was parking which was great as we arrived with our car and didn't have to look for a parking spot. The staff where great and helped us all the time when we needed something.

We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights. The stay was comfortable. The receptionist, Mr. Nour El-Din, was very kind and helpful. Also, Mr. Walid helped us carry the bags when entering and leaving, and also helped us put the car in the hotel's parking lot. The cleaning staff were very nice and cared to smile every time. We looked at them, and we were also leaving the room late. However, we were returning to find the room very clean. The breakfast needs more diversification.

Rooms were clean and location was good. The staff is also very helpful. They have all required information which can help a tourist to plan their itenery.

Breakfast was having a good spread but it needs more cooked options to be included. Lot of dishes were looking like they are just for display and not sure if people like them or not.For e.g. different type of cheese spreads like 5 to 6 types are not required if you have the best one. There were lot of options in pastries but again not all were tasty (as i tried them).

Location is amazing, not too far from the grand bazaar, staff was helpful, breakfast was satisfying, room was clean, check out time was flexible, I highly recommend it if you are planning to visit old city Istanbul

Parking is an issue, no private parking in the hotel but one of the staff helped us to get a slot in front of the hotel, very small elevator, advise you to book on a higher floor because the street is very noisy,

The receptionist is really nice, i think his name is Nur Din. He gladly accommodate to get to the room when i arrive early in the morning after a long flight. The room is very good in overall, and well-cleaned when we got there. The rest of the staff are also nice and sweet, they are very helping when we got confused on certain things. The receptionist may also help you get a taxi to the airport, and he helped us get the XL car with a very reasonable price.

The one thing is lacking that there are no proper desk in the room i was staying. I had some jobs to do during the stay, however the chair and table only accommodate for make ups and not big enough to put laptops on comfortably. Not exactly a deal breaker, but something to consider when you plan to bring laptops during the stay.

the fact that although several colleagues stayed here who recommended this hotel to me, they did not pay for the parking, instead I was asked for $40 for the 4 days, moreover, there is no information anywhere about the cost of the parking

Staff is very helpful , they can organise your stay in Istanbul to see all attractions ?! Hotel spotless clean. Location is close to public transport 4 stops on ? to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque,... You can also walk 25-35min

Very poor quality of breakfast!!! We even do not complian about the assortment which was the same for all 5 days, but the quality was poor! Far from a 4 stars hotel.Hotel is located in an area with a lot of trafic, bus station in front of the hotel. Despite the fact they gave us a room in the silent part, we could hardly sleep at night.We asked them to arrange the transfer from Istanbukl airport to hotel . They asked for 50 Euro. We found another solution, with 30 Euro. On the way back they arranged it for 30 Euro- it could have been on arrival too!!!

The hotel is excellent . My regards to Noor Aladdin and Izzuddin; they are both friendly and helpful. Waleed is always ready to assist. Hawa in housekeeping is awesome.

The breakfast buffet is good, but it should provide more options and include fresh juice.

Location excellent, breakfast good and staff of Bulvar Palas was excellent.

A little more capacity in cupboards would have made it perfect.
