Clean - good location - friendly and helpful stuf

Breakfast is stagnant, the same things are repeated, but it's good and tasty. I hope they will provide more ideas.

Everything was great. Rooms , location, and cleaning was amazing. Staff especially Zoha , Furkan and Seymus wete really helpful.

Hotel staff were amazing and very helpful specially Zoha, Metin , Furkan, Moussa and Ahmed Rajjo… all of them are very friendly helpful and always there for you

Service the room the cleaness and the location

This was my second stay with my Family at Bentley. I stayed last Summer and I wanted to try Winter this time. I must say that this is not Bentley, this is Rolls Royce :). The Staff were the best that you can meet from the doorman, to the reception, house keeping, the Guest Services, Restaurant and the coffee shop. They were always very welcoming , smiling and offering any help that we may need. Special thanks to Zohra from Guest Services. She used to ask us everyday if we need anything and she never saved any effort to make our stay a wonderful stay. The location of the Hotel was super excellent where you can walk to so many nearby attractions, restaurants , shopping mall, coffee shops, supermarkets ...etc. The room was cozy and beautiful. Food was excellent . Special Thanks to the Management of the Hotel for creating and leading such a great team and maintaining and managing a beautiful property.

Everything is amazing and the hotel is highly recommended for it’s location and cleanness, very attentive and professional staff especially Zuha and Fatima.

The location, the suite was very comfortable, zoha, furkan and Metin were very friendly and helpful in everything from where to go to where to eat, everyday they made sure we are happy and comfortable

The rooms a little bit small

What a fantastic hotel, the staff is extremely friendly, the masaj is done by a Balinese specialist and she is very good. The sauna installations are very clean and very well maintained. Rooms are clean and quiet. Amazing breakfast ! Thank you will be back soon.

Limited breakfast options and repeated, not 5 star breakfast.. compared to the room value the room size was very small & without window
