The room was clean, comfortable and sufficient area for an hotel room much better than other similar hotels.

Breakfast costs more than normal in my opinion. It was a bit more than 15 Euro.

Mr. Ali from the buffet staff was extremely professional and respectful — he truly represents the buffet service at its best, unlike his colleague who was unfortunately not as pleasant. The reception staff were all respectful and kind; I wish I knew their names so I could thank them individually. Also, the female guest relations officer was always helpful, respectful, and truly cared about guests’ comfort — she always did her best to assist and make sure we were okay. She really deserves recognition."

Unfortunately, the hotel turns off the air conditioning and switches to heating only, even though the weather was hot during our stay. I couldn't sleep all night because of the heat. I tried opening the window, but it didn’t help — it just let in noise and insects. When I spoke to the staff, they said some other guests wanted heating. However, I have a nerve condition and heat affects me badly, and my brother is here for medical treatment and the heat also affects his condition. This issue really needs to be addressed — it's important to provide a solution that considers all guests’ health and comfort."

Clean, fabulous staff and variety of facilities.

Not bad location

Very good location, close proximity to the Sabiha airport. Excellent opportunity to treat yourself healthwise. the Staff is really well trained. A lady with a beautiful name Kumru was exceptionally professional and a wonderful person. I am impressed with her skills and attitude. SO was Ilayda and little Ayana. I express my gratitude to the hosts in the restaurant, who were extremely nice and made it feel like you are welcomed. Thank you very much, I hope you enjoyed my small souvenirs. I greatly recommend this hotel and definitely will come back at another opprtunity. I wish you all the success in your business and you really know how to do it.

like evrywhere in Turkey - not enough light

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The à la carte dinner at the restaurant was truly magnificent. My room was spacious and the bed very comfortable, making for a restful night. The staff were friendly and helpful; they even arranged a cab for me to the airport at checkout, which I really appreciated. I used the spa, and loved the massage that was recommended to me by the staff member.

I did not find the pillows too comfortable, but since there were two in the room, I simply switched them and made it work. The sink was slightly clogged, which is a common issue at the hotels in general, so I’d consider it a minor inconvenience.

Nothing honestly

The lack of cleanliness. The SMELL WAS TERRIBLE! You can actually smell it through the whole hallway. The bathroom smelled so bad to the point where I tried avoiding the bathroom as much as possible during the stay. The kitchen staff couldn’t communicate or understand English. Most of the residents were elders the whole place had a weird smell and vibe.

Staff were really friendly and the spa facilities was really good.

Rooms were big stayed in a twin but could have had ore lighting.

Heating was weak and my room was a bit cold. When a meal from the buffet was completetely eaten no more of the same meal was added. So the nicest meals were finished in the first hal hour. I tried the sauna - it was with the temperature of a steam bath.

Location is good, spa was fine

Except buffet food from restaurant was not that good. If you are from another country, i’ll be hard to communicate with the staff. Facility and room are comfortable and very warm, also location is very approachable to everything such as cafe, market, currency exchange and pharmacy. But communicating with staff was very hard because of the language.

The spa was good.

I have asked for one big bed but they gave me a room with two single beds.

Location is a bit far from the city centre, but at Istanbul Medikal Termal we did not really need to go far. The restaurant was fantastic, staff were always eager to assist and the spa facilities and staff were fantastic. Teo (Massage Therapist) was so patient with my daughter who accompanied me. All staff were friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay there again!

It would have been great if there were swimming / bathing costumes that could have been bought at there spa so my daughter and myself could join at the pool - we didn't pack correctly. Don't forget to pack swimming clothes!!

Everything in the hotel was good except for one aspect—the receptionist.The two gentlemen who worked, one during the morning shift and the other during the night shift, were excellent, polite, and professional.

However, the dark-haired lady who worked the afternoon shift tarnishes the reputation of this hotel. She was extremely rude, arrogant, impolite, and unprofessional in her communication. Her condescending demeanor while speaking with guests suggests that she hates her job.I hope she works on her behavior so that the hotel's reputation can achieve the rating it deserves, rather than being damaged by one individual.

SPA is one of the best in Turkeye, natural thermal water, room was very nice, location, this is my 6 time in this hotel.

The spa for ladies only is great.

The beds this were not very comfortable and a lady at the reception was very rude and arrogant. I spoke to the manager about her attitude but nothing was done.

Reception, thermal bath, pool, nice rooms, very clean

The restaurant staff didn’t speak English, was a bit hard to communicate Also the breakfast wasn’t very “rich”, I’d hardly recommend adding some pastry to the breakfast menu

Location close to İçmeler marmaray station. I've booked HB. Breakfast and dinner were very nice. Room and Spa facilities clean and tidy. Overall I'm happy. Planning to book another week in next 6 months. Highly recommend.

Medical treatment prices higher than anywhere I've been.

The pools jakuzzi sauna and all the spa were nice though the structure itself seems old and not so well kept (except the reception). Breakfast is decent. Near Sabiha Gökçen AirPort. Rooms are very big, windows old. No covers if you feel cold. But furniture simple and nice. Staff is nice especially in the meals area (you have to ask for drinks because there is only water and nobody tells you you can ask for any drink and the bring it for dinner.

The facility is a bit run down (exception the reception island) even the sofas are old. Rooms have insects I found a flying insect and a boat. No place to hang wet swim suits. Even if you turn all light on in the rooms it is still too dim and hard even to read (the whole place is quite dark to reduce electricity, they should use solar panels and garantee better lighting. The fridge does not really keep anything cold. The safe is very small. Another issue is that the outdoor pool is mixed but the truth is that most of the time there are only men so I underused it because I did not feel confortable. The indoor women only is very small to be a pool. The women receptionist is not nice. Be careful with prices what you pay in advance and what you complete in place they fake misunderstandings. Double check all and before arrival check what the charged you.

Very nice vacation, staff was very kind, room big and nice view of the pool, daily cleaning, close to transport. Hope to visit again!

SPA, thermal pools, Viaport Marina, Tuzla sahil

Breakfast, staff , hot spring jacuzzi with no chlorine. Room are spacious and nice. An option to go to the outside swimming pool after being cooked in hot jacuzzi.

There are separated jacuzzi and saunas so that you cannot go with your girl and enjoy it....it is a bit annoying..only place you can meet is outside where open swimming pool is.
