    • Just the place near tramp and metro
    • All bad
    • I don’t even know where to start — this was by far the worst hotel experience of my life.First of all, the place was filthy. The lobby smelled like mold and stale cigarettes, the floors were sticky, and there were stains on the walls and furniture that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. When I got to my room, it was even worse: dirty sheets with hair all over them, a bathroom that reeked of urine, and mold growing in the shower. I even found cockroaches crawling around! The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Every interaction felt like I was inconveniencing them. I asked politely for clean towels (because the ones provided were stained and smelled bad), and the front desk clerk just rolled her eyes and told me to "deal with it." Housekeeping never showed up once during my stay. The whole environment felt unsafe. I saw random people hanging around the hallways late at night, some of them clearly not guests. No security measures at all. Broken locks on doors, windows that wouldn’t close properly — I didn’t feel safe sleeping there. The air conditioner in the room sounded like a dying engine and barely worked. The Wi-Fi didn’t connect at all. The so-called “breakfast” was just a few stale pastries tossed on a table, and even that was swarmed with flies. There was trash piling up in the hallways, and the smell of sewage came up from the pipes at random times. On top of all that, there were weird, sketchy charges added to my bill when I checked out. When I tried to dispute them, the staff became aggressive and started yelling at me in front of other guests.DO NOT stay here. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Honestly, you'd have a safer, cleaner, and more pleasant experience sleeping in your car. Total nightmare. They should be shut down.

    Cons -

    • The sounds from near rooms appear as if they are in my room. The room is very small and the shower hand is destroyed also the breakfast is very poor also the bed is very bad
    • Service badFacility badExpensiveStuf not freindly
    • Filth everywhere:The carpets were so dirty you could feel the grime stick to your shoes. Walls had random splatters and dirt marks. It felt like nothing had been cleaned since the place opened. The whole hotel smelled like a mix of mildew, old food, and something I couldn't even identify — absolutely disgusting. The room was a health hazard:Broken furniture, dusty surfaces, filthy bedding, suspicious stains on the mattress. The bathroom was an absolute horror show — clogged sink, broken toilet, slimy bathtub, and black mold climbing up the walls. I felt dirtier after using the shower.Unfriendly, careless staff:The employees looked annoyed any time you asked for help. They acted like they were doing you a favor by even acknowledging you. Zero professionalism. I even overheard staff arguing and cursing loudly at each other in the lobby. No hospitality whatsoever.Unsafe and sketchy:Random strangers loitering around, broken security cameras, and doors that didn’t lock properly. I didn’t feel safe for a second. I had to barricade the door with a chair at night. Sketchy activities happening right outside — this hotel attracts the worst crowd.Noise, noise, noise:Paper-thin walls. I could hear my neighbors arguing, people stomping around at all hours, loud TVs blaring, even random banging noises in the middle of the night. Forget about getting any sleep here.Fake amenities:Advertised “free Wi-Fi” didn’t work. “Air conditioning” was a broken, rattling box that barely blew out warm air. “Breakfast included” was a joke — a few old bananas and packets of ketchup lying on a dirty table.Maintenance? Nonexistent.Broken lights, leaking ceilings, loose wires hanging out of the walls, cracked tiles on the floor. The elevator (when it worked) jerked violently and looked like it could break down at any second.Overpriced for a dump:For what they charged, I expected at least basic hygiene and safety.

First of all, thank you very much for everything, especially Mr. Fatih was very helpful. It is in a very good location, from the breakfast to the cleanliness to the proximity to all touristic areas. It will definitely be my first choice when I come to Istanbul again. :)

    great location and good breakfast

staff were rude apart from one gentleman. no customer service skills. Walls are paper thin. we were kept up all night from the sound of the TV and conversations in the lobby. Getting a good nights sleep was impossible.

    Bad

We got there at 12 o'clock in the night, very tired after our flight to find a disgusting dirty and smelly room, the room was smelling like in a bar ( people were smoking in there) and the toilet wasn't clean, there were urine drops on the seat. We only stayed in the room for 10 minutes, no normal person would have stayed there. We had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night, very bad experience they refused to give full refund

    3S.bPosted on: 8-20-2021

    Poor

Too noisy. You can hear people taking next room. It feels like the wall is made of paper. We requested for late check out but refused. Breakfast very basic and same every day. Staff not cooperative...The hotel tries to make money out of everything. Covid test, airport transfer....ect..
