I liked specially the very professional behaviour of all the Staff, and would like to mention Mrs Melek and Mrs Yelda to be so professional and kind.

some minor problems with the Room Cards when using the elevator.

So many things like the room view, the Breakfast and the amazing Friendly staff.

Nothing at all.

I prefer the warm water in the shower to be warmer It didn't make me happy

- Modern and clean hotel with good facilities.- Nice gym and spa.- Great location, convenient for exploring Istanbul.

- Room showed signs of wear; windows were very dirty, no minibar.- Food was simple and not very varied, below 5-star standard.- Staff had limited English and were not helpful – my requests were ignored.- Wet sauna in the spa had a noticeable moldy smell.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming,epically Huda, was amazing, very helpful and great communication.Huda helped to make our staying great experience. The breakfast was great Sana was greatthe room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything was well-organized, and I truly felt at home. Highly recommended!

Staff are all so kind, literally everyone at the hotel is smiling at you from the moment you walk in. Best thing about this hotel would be the staff.

I feel like house keeping only came in to clean the bed, nothing else was arranged or cleaned. AC was a bit weird too.

The hotel it self is very clean and staff are very helpful in addition to the view it was amazing.The shuttle bus service is an amazing idea and helped us a-lot cause taxis are very expensive.Breakfast had a beautiful view and very nice varieties.Shout out to Yelda that helped us with an urgent request that we needed and she went the extra mile to do.

He stayed in the presidential suite which was very nice. The views were amazing and the room was spacious. The cleaning room was very good room service was great.

I am used to staying there. Location is very close to center and staff is always nice and very friendly. However, last visit was a little different as I was receiving daily whatsapp messages asking about my stay and if I needed anything or have any complains; that was nice because I felt like a true Guess. For that I need to thank Hilal who was in charge of that. Thank you Hilal

The View from the balcony unforgettable , The Staff was amazing.

The location is quite far from all major attractions in the city and no restaurants close to the Hotel.

Clean new rooms, breathtaking sea view from the room and the restaurant. The breakfast had nice variety. The staff are super helpful and decent.

It’s a bit far from the center but there are buses every 10 mins and the bus station is in front of the hotel directly
