Vali Konak Hotel Nişantaşı

Breakfast.

Towels, water, shoulder,

Location was good

Nothing was working, no tv, no flash toilet, no heating in the room.

First of all, I chose an economy room. There was no window in the room, which they wrote at the bottom of the description, but it was not visible. The air conditioning was not working. The toilet was very old. The breakfast was not that good.

Nice hotel good location it's easy to find everything like store and restaurant, workers in hotel are nice and friendly always asking how can helpe you and what you need.

Great location, great staff

They need to take care about bed sheets, towels and mattresses, with one word, housekeeping should be priority

clean and safe place with beautiful entrance terrace. rooms are clean and tide, stuff is amazing very helpful and friendly. fantastic location if you need to be in nisantasi, metro is also close. would definitely visit again for my next trips.

nothing everything was okay

It has a good location, and the staff was very friendly.

The shower wasn’t very clean, and the water didn’t drain properly. Because of that, we couldn’t shower at the hotel.

The hotel receptionist was super helpful and both had a great warm smile when we were checking-in. He even gave me hot Turkish tea upon arrival which was a nice touch. We also enjoyed breakfast which was included. Nice & firm bed with a kettle to make tea & coffee in your room. Great location in the heart of the high fashion district with a bank atm & restaurants nearby. Perfect for a night or 2.

Hotel needs more maintenance/love. The lobby and entrance area looks nice but the bedroom wallpaper needs to be replaced..

Ozkan was fantastic! He helped with all the details. The hotel is in a great shopping location with shops nearby. The American Hospital is within walking distance for those traveling for medical treatment. The breakfast is wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel in Nişantaşı. 10 stars for Ozkan.

Location is great. Many restaurants around

It’s allowed to smoke in lobby! Smell of cigarets was really bad

The staff was amazing. They were really polite and helpful with everything we needed. Speaking really good English and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel is clean and quiet even though it had a lot of guests. We will definitely visit again! ❤️

Very friendly staff. Good location. Good speed Wi-Fi.

My room had no window and this wasn't mentioned when I booked my stay. Didn't bother me too much, but it would be fair to know it in advance. The posive side: no street noise, quite loud in Istanbul. Not many options at breakfast.

Very poor breakfast, uncomfortable bed and cheap service

The location was okay but nothing else was good.

There is no window very dumb and smell coming from the bathroom and there is no air at all.

Great location nice staff

Breakfast area

Clean

Smell of cigarettes, broken shower faucet

We liked the hotel and area, comfortable beds, and hotel is like pictures.

Breakfast was not provided properly, Butter and package cheese is supposed to be in refrigerator over the night because it goes bad, and did not like cold omelet. poor service. shower wasn't draining . toilet was flashing and noise all over the night.

The location is quite convenient, surrounded by a variety of supermarkets and grocery shops, and with easy access to bus stations. The staff, to their credit, were friendly and helpful, doing their best to assist with any inquiries.

I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While the location is convenient with supermarkets and grocery shops nearby, and the bus stations are easy to find, these minor positives are completely overshadowed by the bad service and amenities. To start, there was no cleaning service at all during our entire 5-day stay! It's unacceptable that basic housekeeping was completely neglected leaving us to deal with the same dirty sheets and towels for the entire duration. This level of negligence is beyond frustrating. And don’t even get me started on the breakfast. It was an absolute disgrace! The so-called "breakfast" consisted of the bare minimum—some stale bread, a few packets of jam, and cold tea and omelets, which were already unappetizing by 8 in the morning.

Location.

It wasn't clean, the toilet wasn't flash and even the toilet seat was broken . We told the staff and they didn't fix it. The toilet door was not locking. The sheets were changed two times and there was a footprint on it.Overall cleanse was bad.The rooms are too small. And the lightning was sooo law

Location was amazing. Friendly staff. Large rooms and very clean

Could have had coffee in the breakfast menu
