5-Star Review: A Wonderful Stay!I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, specially Omer, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean, and beautifully decorated.

Breakfasts could be more varied.

It is in a strategic place of Şişli . Near to nisantaci and taksim . The price is reasonable and I even get an upgrade for a couple of dollars more .

All was good . Staff at reception are very amicable treating you same way like big hotel .

The location is very good and staff are very helpful .For the price offered it’s worth staying in Milltown rather than big hotels in Şişli . Restaurants nice ones are one minute walking distance from the hotel .

Lack of good attention to cleanliness of the rooms, the cleaning service is bad, the bathrooms emit a foul smell, the place is narrow and not suitable for large families, and the hotel needs renovation the building and the kitchen and boilers.

hotel location is goodstaff were friendly and niceroom price is cheap comparing to the location and near by other hotels.

room is small comparing to the picture and the beds are short for tall people or to hold 2 people.you can clearly hear people on other rooms, the separations between rooms is not good.not recommended for families with 2 children or more, its better suits solo travelers better than families.

Boths Receptionists were just great and extremely kind and helpful.

Breakfast was always the same and, for sure, far from "Fabulous" as it says on the advertisement. Accommodation was over-priced

the location is excellent 7 mins walk to metro and lot of shopping, and the staff are very friendly and helpfull, the rooms are cleanall the facilities are in the room.

The things I disliked: poor breakfast, there was no fresh coffee for 3 days, ended up taking breakfast outside. The mini fridge was not working; the shower cabbin glass door had no handle from inside; some of the furniture was old.

I liked pretty much every aspect of this hotel. Extremely well located, super friendly staff and superb room service.

Value for money aspect was very important issue in this stay. I can not say that it was superb accommodation, since it is low price hotel, but it is dissent, on good location and with very helpful and polite staff.

Please pay more attention on cleanness. It wasn't bad, but extra attention will make you even better.
