Very modern and beautiful views from higher floors. Very polite staff.

The rooms were nice and spacious.

Asked the front desk for pair of scissors to cut open security badge on zipper of luggage &the response was that they didn't carry scissors at the front desk & silence. When i asked who i could get a pair from I was met with the same response. Not 5 star

Amazing experience! The hotel staff were so welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Salma and Togo who were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to assist. They really made my stay extra special. Highly recommend this hotel!

Everything! There is nothing to dislike about this hotel, except the day you leave that you will start missing it once you step outside. This is by far the best hotel experience we've had. It compares only to selected Disney hotels. You are home away from home. The staff is as friendly and amicable as they possibly can, going all the way to make you feel better. From the bell boys and security, housekeeping, bar, front desk, Spa, all of them deserve credit!

Multiple room issues eventually resolved but quite uncomfortable

I had multiple issues with my assigned room. One smelled like cigarettes one smelled like absolute rot and one was nice but the TV and door were broken. So I changed rooms 3 times and had to wait a couple hours for the door to work (it was locked from the inside and I couldn’t get out.) I’m glad they didn’t stick me with a stinky room but it was my worst hotel experience in the last two years

The breakfast was good, and I like the property as I have been here many times before. The location is excellent. The lady who does the Turkish pastries is incredible.

The overall cleanliness is lacking. The property is not even that old and has many apparent signs of wear. There are a lot of hard water stains, broken shower heads, moldy sinks, the elevators' buttons are dirty, the carpets in the lobby are not clean at all, the furniture needs to be reinspected, and etc, which is a shame as the hotel used to be one of my favourite things about my trips.

The hotel staff are very friendly and ready to help with everything. You feel a very warm attitude everywhere from the beggining. Everywhere is very clean and cozy. Location is good.

The hotel was excellent, clean, and well organized. The facilities were great and the atmosphere was comfortable throughout my stay.A special thanks to Mehmet Zain. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mehmet. He was extremely polite, helpful, and always welcoming with a warm smile. His professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude made a noticeable difference and made my stay exceptional. He went above and beyond to assist us and made us feel very comfortable. SPA facilities and the breakfast were quite nice, but if you cannot satisfy you basic needs such as a comfortable temperature and you get sick as a result, nothing else really matters...

What a joke - a 5 start hotel where you cannot control room temperature!!!???I was cold at night, and during the day when the sun was coming in through the windows it became a sauna because the AC did not work. They had the cooling completely turned off, and the heating you cannot control from the room.I got sick as a result. Not good, because I stayed here to recover after a hair transplant...Interractions with the management were quite terrible and very frustrating. They worts part? They try to make you think it is normal and quite OK, not a big deal... - really?! After much effort they gave me a different room on the other side of the hotel which was not becoming a sauna during the day, but I still could not control the temperature comfortably and had to call them multiple times a day to adjust it manually on their end - which sometimes worked, and sometimes it did not. This is just not acceptable in this type of a hotel.Most of the hotel staff were just OK in general (with some exceptions) with the manager being the worst - zero empathy, very limited communication skills (and I don't mean the language barried now, his english was quite good), and a total not-a-listener.Marriott Sisli has been my absolutely worst experience of any 4 star or 5 star hotel I have ever been to, and I will never be back. I would gladly recommend it to my worst enemy though...

I stayed at this hotel recently and while the location and general facilities were acceptable, I found one aspect of the experience very inconvenient. Each time I entered the hotel, I was required to place my bags through a scanning machine. This process became tiring and made the stay feel less comfortable and welcoming.I understand that security is important, but the constant scanning felt excessive for a hotel environment and detracted from the overall experience. Unfortunately, because of this, I would not choose to stay here again.

The location is nearby the most attractions areas such like Jawaher Mall and SiSlli street. Beside, all the services you want is on few steps from the hotel such like groceries markets and franchises restaurants (e.g. Subway and Macdonalds).Also the staff were very cooperative and understanding for the guest and their special needs and always willing to help.

Breakfast, bed was comfortable, and location.

Attention to details in preparing the room for the next customer, although they did allow us to check in early.

It’s not my first time to stay in this hotel and it’s perfect location and it’s clean also the rooms are big enough

Slow room service

The check in was really fast. The room was super clean & comfortable. The location was great next to metro station which make the transportation super easy.

furniture is pretty old. Need to renew it specially the curtains.

I believe they should look into the daily cleaning part! Towels are torn and old enough to be reused!
