Radisson Blu Hotel And Spa Istanbul Tuzla

The staff, particularly manager tried very hard to deliver a good experience to overcome property shortcomings.

Hotel fell short for 5-star property. After long journey, we booked specifically to use outdoor pool. A few minutes after arrival, outdoor pool and food were all closed at 17:30. Room layout awkward and not fully clean. Did not receive bed type reserved.

Where to even start? Rooms were visibly dirty, common areas were dirty. AC didn't work. Too many bright lights at night inside the room made it hard to sleep. mini bar wasn't cold. There is literally nothing at all around this hotel. Awful!

The atmosphere at the Radisson Blu Istanbul is truly stunning, creating a beautiful setting that makes the entire stay feel exceptional. The overall experience is remarkable, and the food is genuinely delicious.

However, the hotel could benefit from some maintenance, especially in the bathrooms, and the prices are quite high.

Nice hotel

I changed my room cause of technical problems , the new rooms had also problems but the very bad this was 2 times electricity cutoff !! Twice one was 2 am !! And wait like 30-40 mints for technician to solve

Pools

Staff were extremely rude. They didn’t offer any assistance and snubbed us several times when we asked questions. The only staff that were nice was the restaurant staff.

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff, amazing choice for breakfast buffet, spacious and clean room, great SPA & pool facilities. Very close to Sabiha G. airport. Hope to be back soon!

The stuff are kind and helpful and the hotel located in good area close to via port marina and the free parking is awesome

The hotel is in a pretty bad shape. There is nothing that makes it a 5 star hotel. The service and facilities are mediocre at best.The rooms need proper cleaning. Ours was dusty, the balcony window dirty and full of pigeon poo as well as the balcony itself. Behind the curtains there were spiderwebs.Totally disappointing.Also the lounges at the pool are surrounded by dirty and used cutlery and glasses. Staff members prefer starring at their phones instead of cleaning those up same in the hallway.

The room was enormous and perfect for my family. It was like an entire house. Everything you would want to expect from a hotel was there.

While mostly clean, there appeared to have been some dust and liquid stains on the table. The breakfast doesnt have a lot of meat with pork obviously missing. You do get what you pay for, so its a little expensive.

I booked swimming pool and sauna suite for 3 nights to relax but since i arrived the afternoon problems started, first i discovered AC not working i called and maintenance comes and fixed it after taking some time going in and out the suite,( it’s okay no problem) then we discovered that lights don’t close, we called again, the maintenance comes again and stayed until 9:30 pm trying to fix it ( 3 guys in our room) and then said they cannot we have to change room, at that time i was already waiting for them to leave cuz i have baby who sleep at 8:30 pm i cannot pack and unpack again and change room at that time i told them, switch off the lights from the main electricity box and tomorrow i change, they said ok. Tomorrow since we woke up maintenance again in our room they stayed until afternoon ( again 3 guys in and out the room, i didn’t even have privacy to feed or change for the baby) all this and they couldn’t fixing it, so they asked us either to change rooms but not same suite cuz they don’t have available one they will downgrade us ( which for the disturbance they should upgrade us) or second option we go out so the maintenance can come back and work on it, so we decide to go out meanwhile no lights we used mobile light to go to toilet. We come back at night seems the problem fix but no still living room lights won’t turn off but no problem, in the morning finally last day some privacy I wanted to do sauna and it’s not working and maintenance comes again trying to fix it stayed some times then we asked them to leave no need to spend our last day also sharing the room with maintenance. At this point i was very angry and i called to complain and i asked for mr mehmed the one who did our checkin they said he will call back but he didn’t, so we paid for the second most expensive suite to relax what we get is headache and nothing in return.

Property is good

There was no room cleaning full day when I called reception they were rude and said I must have put do not disturb sign. When I told them I had actually put clean the room on they said we will send next time

It was close to the airport for an overnight between connecting flights

It felt old and dated and not quite up to the images used. The outdoor pool was closed (looked like for repair) and while the place was clean it felt tired and old

The room was spacious and comfortable with a big balcony, large bed, good AC, and a nice shower. Dinner at Casa Grill restaurant was absolutely amazing — the sea bass and cheesecake were delicious and beautifully presented.

There was no airport transfer service, and the price they offered for pickup was extremely high for such a short distance. The first room smelled terrible, like sewage, and was not acceptable for a 5-star hotel. The spa experience was very unprofessional — the hammam was off, the therapist didn’t speak English, the scrub was done on dry skin, and my skin was scratched and irritated. Not worth the $86 at all.

The hotel has a problem with cleaning: in the halls, in the locker room in the spa. The room had dirty dishes, everything in the room was dusty. The hotel is quite far from the airport, about 12 minutes by car.
