Berjer Boutique Hotel & Spa

I highly apppreciate this hotel for very professional and gentle manager ( Mr. Yalçin) and great reception as (Umut). I and my wife spend a marvelous stay in Berjer hotel and what remain for me is pleasant memories! We spend for 4 star hotel but we faced 5 star staffs!

Everything was impeccabile

Cleanliness, friendliness and location

6 min to Taksim

The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was good, staff were very attentive and helpful with suggestions and directions. The bed is large but the mattress was hard which made it difficult for us to sleep but it depends on preference. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to Metro and 10 minutes walk to Taksim Square and main shopping street. The restaurant and many food options are a few minutes walk, overall a good stay .

Mattress was hard

Fantastic breakfast. Friendly staff. Great location as it was a short walk to Taksim Square.

Attentive and very responsive staff. Nice to have spa with a good operating sauna. Could order food and beer and eat at the hotel. Forgot some personal belongings and staff members were very responsive and accommodating.

Nothing I could think off, overall we were happy with the hotel

It has facilities like spa, pool, hamami, which is great for the price. The included breakfast is few but sufficient.

The room were small, almost only fit the bed. Then the spa , pool, hamami are only open from 15:00 till 22:00. And the location is a bit of a walk to the main square , in a less nice neighborhood, we even smelled pee while walking in the street to the taksim square.

Clean, modern, and an amazing breakfast.

Friendly staff location cleaning

Room comfy; great breakfast; helpful staff; spa use included

need for swim cap despite short hairno place for taxi to safely pull up and load being on a corner and hill

The staff was very good

The breakfast restaurant need to be more big , most of days I couldn’t find table to get my breakfast

the hotel reception staff were friendly and polite.

The carpet in the room was very dirty, the room was extremely small, and there was no space for the luggage. The breakfast was very basic. The hotel location was near Taksim Square, but at the end of a very dirty alley, which was not suitable for a touristic area at all.

The staff was really helpful and so kind especially Mr. Umut , omer and the restaurant staff really all of them

Honestly the entrance of the hotel on high curve , but this is Istanbul

Hotel is clean, great service, everything is good. Breakfast is also good, limited options but decent.

Location is a bit far from Main Taksim, 10 minute walk with hilly area.Pool is very small.

Staff are very good Breakfast delicious Very Good location

Nice and neat

Double room is very small .. take the triple room

The hotel location is good access to public transportation , breakfast was well organized and with good variety.

The hotel was perfect located very close to Taksim Square. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The staffs are amazing, very helpful and they are very willing to help out. The location is indeed very good, close to Taksim and close to many restaurants and shops although it's on a slope. The breakfast is very good too!

Something items in the room are dated but it's still functioning.

Very nice staf, good breakfast, central location, pool & saunas

Excellent location within 5 minutes walking distance from Taksim square. The staff are wonderful and surprised us with a sweet gift at night. The breakfast has a wonderful varieties.

The swimming pool is unfortunately closed for renovation.
