Location was very good and close to everything

Room size is very small, old and no blankets were provided

Location was best part. Bus,tram,shopping, dining and walk to major attractions. Local people nearby. One main road you can find every thing money exchange, dining, Sim cards,hair salons and gifts for friends. Rooms are small but for tourists rooms are not that important.

Hallway and elevator areas can be more colder and cleaner.

My room is on the main street side so I couldn't sleep from the noise, also they served the same breakfast for the whole week(the same breakfast for 11 days)

The staff reception are good, but the people in the restaurant they are not good, because they are talking and their public language about the people who come to the breakfast they are sound angry I don't know why

Really I didn't like the staff and the breakfast room, sometime they are talking in their language they are sound angry about the client who is taking breakfast I don't know why till now but they are not good

The hotel is in front of the tram line and station as well as bus stops and also has near by restaurants and shops with good prices and so close to sultan ahmet areaThe reception guys are so friendly Mr.shaaban and Mr. Poland

The rooms are so small around 9 to 10 m2The fridge didn't work everydayThe shower cabin is too small which makes it difficult to get in and out of the shower.

The hotel is located in the middle of everything it is really fantastic location. The staff were so kind and helpful. It was July but the air conditioner was fantastic.

The shower cubicle was small and it needs renovation, otherwise the hotel is very good.

Very good value for money. Place was clean, comfortable, and very close to tram lane, which makes it easy to reach the city centre.

Staff was friendly and helpful(Mr Salim who was at reception was in particular). Location is on main road not far from public transport and surrounding by various types of shops.

Language was a barrier with some staff. Breakfast menu has limited options.(still Satisfactory enough for the price I paid).
