Yusufpasa Konagi - Special Class

Staff was very good, I can say excelent. I liked the dining area. I liked the historical furniture in the dining room.

small bathroom with no exhaust Refrigerator not working continuously, it is switching off when I removing the room key from the room electrical loop switch each time I went outside.

Staff, Staff & Staff. they were too much kindly respectful and helpful, specially the reception team .

Small bathroom, refrigerator is switching off automatically each time I left the room (when I removed the room key from the electrical loop) so the material inside it does not reach the requested level of coolness. No Arabic channels on the satellite.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, the breakfast good, the location ideal, and the staff all very helpful and friendly. A special mention to hotel employees who are professional, kind, and welcoming.

The location was beyond expectation Easy and convenient to go any place . In the heart sultanahmed . Staff was really helpful and provided great pointers to local attraction.

There was no blankets

I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel, its location, and the nice staff. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly. 10/10 The breakfast was just okay.

To me, the single beds were not the most comfortable ones; so I couldn't have proper sleep during my stay. Since I stayed there in December, the room was quite cold, to be honest.

I like the location and how close it was to the blue mosque.

The room and the bed size was relatively small. Also they couldn’t provide us any crib since they only had 2 and they were booked already.

The hotel itself is small but very comfortable. It was clean and new inside. The location is amazing.

The management of the hotel are not interested and looked very bored. No greetings, no interest, sometimes showed themselves rude. The breakfast was fine. Very noise during night time. We heard how the trash outside was collected and the woman screaming in the room next door to us.

Clean, spacious rooms, good shower, fair price, friendly and helpful staff

I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be close to everything it's clean also great value for money I stayed 4nights and enjoyed my stay everything is all walking distance you won't be disappointed.breakfast wasn't the best but it was ok. I will definitely be back.

Close to major attractionsMan who greeted us was helpful

Poor lighting in bedroom and bathroom.Breakfast is started too late.We missed out because we had to go to airport

Great choice if you want to stay near all the major historical sights (and a tram stop) but have a calm and cozy environment around you. It’s located on the very small and quiet street, so there’s no noise from the outside. Breakfast was quite nice, staff are very friendly and helpful. Loved our stay. Room was very clean and surprisingly fresh too. Small elevator is adorable.

Overall clean quite , family atmosphere , good value of money & Location nearby the attractions

Room small , location you need to be well fit ?bcoz you need to walk not all the taxi accepting to pick you up from the hotel due to location

The room is very clean and quiet

A bit hard to get to the hotel

location , breakfast , value for money.

room sizes were a bit small but enough.

Cozy rooms in a very good place Room service is good- they clean the rooms daily and change the towels and sheets10 minutes walk to the tramway Staff are friendly specially Uzgor- he was very helpful and speaks english very well.

Kinda small rooms, you don’t have much space but it was cozy and manageable. The sheets and the towels are not very clean we asked to change to clean ones and they kindly did so, would prefer to already have clean ones though. The tap water smells like bleach which was odd. The vegetables and fruits in the breakfast are not washed properly. Everything else was very good. If they take these comments into consideration we would definitely give a 10/10.

I liked that staff was polite! Beautiful room!

I would like they to put window screen so no bugs come inside.

I liked the room itself, but the location isn't the best, since a transportation point is not that near and taxis are scammers. Also in the photos it looks way nicer

The location, the elevator is really small and the breakfast is poor.

Location, room, view, very nice staff

The rooms are nice and very clean. The breakfast doesn't have too much choice, but the food is great and mostly local dishes (I really appreciated it!). The staff was very kind and helpful too, I'm very happy with the hotel!
