I like the staff and breakfast as clean room

I didn’t like the trip what I order to Cappadocia , it was very expensive and I never received the bill after I gave the cash.The trip was well organized but no receipt and we got information at the site that we overplayed. In hotel and tourist agency promised every day they will sent but never happened.This was big disappointment for me as a tourist in Türkiye first time.

The location was really good. The staff were excellent. The rooms neat.

One of the rooms was too small for my liking at least.

Cleaning

First of all, this was not a 4-star hotel. Even 3-star options I’ve stayed in before were much better. I didn’t enjoy my stay. The location wasn’t great — it was in a crowded area with lots of workers. The hotel was noisy in the mornings because of the cleaning staff. Breakfast was very basic and low quality, and the staff lacked communication. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience, and I felt disappointed.

Room was clean, and was cleaned daily. Bottled water was provided. Staff is young and uniformly excellent, helpful, polite, professional.The breakfast buffet had 50+ items, fantastic quality and choice!!Location is 10min walk from all key Istanbul historical sights, very convenient.The bed was comfortable and clean.

The room needs a better desk, there was only a slim table, hard to use my laptop.The WiFi was very spotty, low speed and kept interrupting. Barely good for some YouTube .The door to the room is not well insulated so noise and smell (including cigarette smoke when someone smoked) came into the room.Sound insulation is not very good, I could hear neighbours talking, washroom activities etc.

I had certain expectations since this hotel is rated as a four-star property, but it’s definitely not a four-star hotel not even close. The room was not properly cleaned, the sheets were dirty, and overall hygiene was disappointing. Please keep this in mind if you’re booking the standard does not match the rating.

Amazing hotel, very friendly staff and everything was so clean, we were with a baby and the housekeeper changed our bed sheets and cleaned the room every day. Location is good too. I loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

The property was very well located and convenient for travelers looking to see the main sights in Istanbul. It had all the essentials we needed.

One night, we were locked out of the property at 1:30 am. After a couple of minutes we called the lobby and the attendant appeared. He told us not to worry and that he’d been watching us outside from the cameras. If that was true, how come he didn’t let us in earlier? Also, the blankets were not the correct size for the bed. They were too small, so we didn’t have enough width to cover us both. We would call for extra blankets, but every day housekeeping would take them, and we’d have to call again. Also, the area right around the hotel becomes completely deserted at night, after 10pm or so. We would often return after that and it was a bit nervewracking to get from the train to the hotel since we didn’t see anyone else. The only time I ever felt unsafe was when a car drove by and yelled at us. They continued driving, but I would have felt better if there had been anyone else outside.

My shower head was broken, room was dirty full of hair in the bed, floor, shower and bathroom. Floor was very dirty, blood stains food on the floor. There was no power for 2 days. Pitch dark. They had no generator and then offer any lights to see in my room. I checked out early

I recently stayed at the new Florenta Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff was exceptionally professional and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The location is perfect, just a short walking distance to the vibrant Bazaar Bosphorus, which added to our enjoyment. The highlight of our stay was the comfortable bedding, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Additionally, the shower was impressively clean with excellent water pressure, making showering a delightful experience. I highly recommend Florenta Hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Small hotel in a central area, close to all the tourist attractions, you can visit them by walking. Situated on a small commercial street, no parking (we knew this before). The hotel staff was polite, open and helpful. The rooms are small, but clean and confortable. If you are on a citybreak you're in the room just for sleep. Good beds and facilities. Suplies, water, towels replaced daily. Breakfast was good, but basic and not many options. Having in mind that it is a small hotel, I think it's better than wasting food.

The drain in the bathroom floor had an unpleasant smell. This could be due to the building and the area it is located in, and I don't know how easy it is to improve. It can be avoided by pouring disinfectant solutions down the drain more often. We alleviated the smell by pouring soapy water down the drain.

Small rooms, small bathroom, bad mattress! Instead of double bed they provide twin bed mattress together :( Definitely not 4 star hotel :( maximum could reach 2+ or 3- star, therefore the price should be adequate!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, the room was clean and cozy, and the breakfast was also great. What really made the stay special was the very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend it!

Unfortunately, the room was extremely small and missing some expected features, such as a wall hanger for jackets and a styling attachment for the hairdryer. The view from the window was quite unpleasant, facing industrial buildings.Breakfast was okay, but I would have appreciated more variety in the main dishes — for example, different styles of eggs, not just scrambled and boiled.Cleanliness was slightly above average, but not great — the bathroom was dusty and the glasses in the room were dirty.

This is a really lovely hotel brand new and very clean. The staff are very charming and helpful and always able to assist. They were particularly helpful to us when we were lost in the taxi and this speeded up the process. The gentleman at the desk aswell as the cafe were brilliant very hospitable

If you could please increase the breakfast option such as omelette etc

This is a really excellent hotel right in the heart of the old town with lots of sites within a short walking distance. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and it felt safe and well maintained. The breakfast was a very extensive spread of Turkish dishes. Just be aware that the rooms are small.
