Clean, amazing location, friendly staff

Great location and affordable.

Needs deep cleaning, pest spray, requires maintenance and repairs to shower head.

It was very near restaurants, grocery Marienplatz and Klausplatz. The breakfast was very good. The staff, esp in the breakfast area were very friendly and accommodating.

Everything was good.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. I don’t understand how it’s rated 4 stars the standard was more like 2 stars.First of all, it’s located on a steep hill. If you’re not used to hiking, you’ll be exhausted just going up and down.They also have a water issue one day, the water was gone for several hours, which was very strange.The windows are not soundproof, so be prepared to hear all the noise from outside.The building itself is quite old and poorly maintained.I would definitely not recommend this hotel. Don’t waste your money.

Location

There was no toilet paper in the toilet. The bathroom is old. The water pressure is very weak.

The property boasts an ideal location, offering a peaceful, clean, and comfortable atmosphere, complemented by exceptionally friendly and welcoming hospitality.

While my stay was overall delightful, I believe there is room for improvement in the quality of the beds

It seems like the hotel is quite unorganized sometimes.We had water outage twice, which happens, it's ok, but I would appreciate if we had a heads up for managing our needs and time.Also you have to make sure that you put the label on the door in order for your room to be cleaned.We read this on the flyer on the fifth day of our staying.Till then at one room of our reservation nobody came to refill toiletries, empty the bin or change the towels.Lastly, we booked a three bed room but it was a double with a portable bed, which made moving around the room very hard.It's a pity because it is not a bad choice for your staying in Istanbul, in total.

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel. The room is cosy, well-heated, and comfortable. The hosts were very nice; they tried to accommodate to all our requests, helped us book an airport taxi, and offered luggage storage when we arrived early. Also, the wifi was fast and reliable.

The room was slightly smaller than it seemed in the pictures. The housekeeping was arranging the room every day, but they were not doing full cleaning. The receptionist was not always there, and they took some time to reply to WhatsApp messages. The water pressure was not the best.

The hotel is placed in a very comfortable position, near to the main tourist places and to the metro. The room was nice and the staff very kind.

Big room , optimal location close to the Main Street and the metro, nice balcony and complementary water. Personnel very kind and good hospitality.

Shower ‘s water pressure a bit low, some holes here and there in the room and when I actually wanted to get an extra pillow in the wardrobe I ended up not getting it because there was a weird stain

The room looked exactly the same as in the photos - it was clean and tidy. The bed was really comfortable - the perfect ending of a nice but exhausting day (e.g. after walking 25k+ steps ?) The receptionists were really friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect (3 min away from the Galata Tower). Thanks a lot, we'll be back!

The best location in the center of Instanbul. And this place is quiet!

It wasn't crucial for me but TV didn't work (or at least I didn't understand how to choose channels), and one of the electricity sockets near the kettle didn't work.

The location was great, just 3 minutes away from the Galata Tower and the streets are quiet at night (we visited over New Year's Eve). The room was really clean and comfortable, and the staff was really helpful!

Some things in the room could have used a little repairs (like cupboard) but it's really minor, we loved our stay there!

It was perfect. Clean, cozy, in the centre of Karaköy. I liked the vibe of a small hotel with like 8 rooms.

There was a problem with hot water and water pressure in the last floor.
