Location is too close to metro station, many restaurants around, very friendly staff and good breakfast

Location! Perfect for traveling by metro. There are many stores and restaurants around. Hotel was easy to find. Staff were kind and helpful. Room was clean. We were there for 4 nights and our stay was pleasant. Great value for money.

Since this is a budget-friendly option, expectations should match. Breakfast was okay but could be more diverse. Street noise was an issue, even with windows closed. Sound insulation needs improvement.

I really enjoyed the Turkish breakfast every morning. It was a simple breakfast with freshly scrambled and boiled eggs, beef sausage slices, cakes, and tee/coffee. The reception staff was always smiling, greeting, and ready to help.

I wished they would include fresh filtered drinking water as part of the breakfast also. And the breakfast timings should start earlier than 8 am since some guests get up much earlier for tours/activities. The internet was not the best on the 4th floor, there were good connection days and not so good days. It was hit or miss. I hope they can fix that.

Close to the metro line ( osmanbey stop). Clean and spacious room . Friendly staff .Manies restaurants cafeterias and shops around .

My stay at the hotel was good, not excellent. When I arrived, the bathroom wasn’t clean, which made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. The breakfast was very basic. The location is excellent, and the reception team was welcoming, but when I asked about local tours, they didn’t have much information. Overall, it was an okay experience.

The staff was really cooperative plus the location was really good, very close to metro station and malls.

The breakfast was nicely prepared and the staff were very kind and helpful. The area was very central so easily accessible too.

The bed was hard and springy to sleep on and a little bit cold too

The hotel is located in very good area, the staff was really helpful and they answer at every message that I wrote, even in very difficult period of earthquake. Everything was very good, but the room was really small.

One of the staff kept following and calling the room of one of the guests and we could hear her screaming at him to leave her alone and crying in the middle of the night.The main road is far away and we'd have to climb it every morning since it was a high road which was very tiring.Feeling unsafe due to the incident that occurred and the location being near the city life we could everything cause the walls were very thin. It was very cold as well and we didn't have a way other than blankets to warm ourselves up.

The room was quiet. The receptionist Gulay was very helpful. I highly recommend the hotel.

Comofrtable and quiet

The location is excellent, metro station Osmanbey is very near, in a couple of minutes walking. Hotel is very small, clean and ideal for simple stay over. Stuff are polite and helpful.Breakfast is modest, but tasteful.

Street where the hotel is placed is noisy and a bit inconvenient for walking.

The location is quite good, it's 20 minutes from Taksim Square. You get good quality for this rather low price, get value for your money. Personal is very helpful. Bathroom is good has all toiletries.

The breakfast is good, but has only instant coffee, no any dried turkish fruits.Maybe a bit high audibility in the rooms.

the staff deserve less than zero stars, super unfriendly and unpolite, the rooms are extremely noisy, poor breakfast, they didn't change the bedding and towels at all for a week, i would rate this place -64 stars

the staff was very negative and didn’t speak any language other than Turkish, which I think is very strange and inconsiderable.

the property is very VERY small the double room can barley fit and adult and a toddler BARLEY. the location was very not good no taxi access, you need about 20 minutes to find a taxi. and the staff was no help when it comes to transportation.

Everything in this hotel was perfect. Staff was very polite and helpful, especially the guy at the reception, Tunç who helped us a lot and made our stay very enjoyable. Will definitely come back at this hotel.
